Charges for carrying out the daily & routine & breakdown maintenance of i) Clean Agent(ARGONITE gas) System in all the four zones such as Battery room, Battery Charger room, Control & Control equipment room, Cylinder bank room at ‘0’mtr, ii)Nitrogen Gas Injection system for Transformers such as GT (RYB & Spare),UTs, ICTs and ST. iii) Fire Detection and Alarm System in the entire plant area comprising Linear Heat Sensing Cable system, IR Detector, Manual Call Points and accessories iv) Battery and Battery Charger panels in Fire water pump house, Booster pump house and Foam pump house, Cable laying, glanding, earthing, Deluge Valve control panels as per the direction of Engineer in-charge including cost of labour lead, lift, consumable safety appliances and Tools & Plants etc., complete.
