RequiredGST registration Certificate in the state of Assam, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents as per Annexure-II

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE). The EMD receiving Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE) shall issue a receipt of deposition of earnest money deposit to the bidder in a prescribed format, uploaded by tender inviting EE in the NIT as per Annexure-I.
