Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) of any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and preparing post holes for providing new posts in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in fixing of posts or struts complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.20mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includdigng, securing or tying at crossings with and provisiion of galavnised (Zink coating 60 gsm) mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed each line wire to measured complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS zinc coating 60gms as per IS 4826 fencing of any mesh & 3mm dia of wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- This item shall be measured and paid as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3.15mm dia galvanised medium coated as per IS 4826 steel wire cut to length as required for fixing chain link fencing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 5 to 10mm dia mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to be bolted with washers and one hexagonal or square not exc 50mm long and dia of shank 5 to 10mm including fixed with welding to angle complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces, exc 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position & any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, edging rounded or chamfered type etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L in repair precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers & Jallies, 35mm thick including all mouldings set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m but n.exc 3.0m in depth for foundation, manholes etc and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 10sqm on plain area and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, fillings in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, n.exc 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soils, not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling, random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work of fly ash bricks of old size built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work of fly ash bricks of old size built in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete/ brick masonry wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/Hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/Hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22-25mm thick with grey cement and pigments as in floor set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified.
