Surface dressing of the ground Including removing vegitations and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m All kind of soil.

Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes toWBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking ,rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to propergrade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering andcompacting to the required density .

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanicallyoperated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing theexisting road surface as per specifications : On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm and On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm.

Providing and laying premix bitumenous macadam / concrete with stonechippings of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size ( mixed in the ratio of 2 : 1respectively ) and mixed with 52 kg. And 56 kg. Of hot bitumen per cu.m. ofstone chipping of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively, including hotmixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hotmix plant, transporting mixedmaterial and laying mixed material in patches / potholes at scatteredlocations with paver finisher wherever required to the required thickness /level and grade ,including providing and spraying tack coat with straightrunbitumen and consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity. (Tack coat for pot holes / patches shall be paid separately)

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stonechippings of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively per 100 sqm. and 52kg. and 56 kg. of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumenincluding consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc.complete. (Tack coat to be paid for separately) :

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg ofbitumen of grade 80 / 100 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cumof fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishingwith road roller all complete.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick Road marking strips (retro-reflective) ofspecified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automaticthermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beadsdispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experiencedoperator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning theroad surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material .Providing and fixing reflective pavement marker with lense reflectors min size100 L x 100 H x 20mm (Red and yellow) anchored with epoxy hardner at aspacing of 4m c/c at road and spacing of 2m c/c at corners complete .
