Requiredii) Enlistment Order of the Contractor of CPWD in appropriate Category and valid on the date of opening of tender

Requirediii) Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer of CPWD (Format of deposition receipt should be as per Annexure-A of this NIT

Requirediv) GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder

Requiredv) Should have valid labour license (THROUGH OUT THE CONTRACT PERIOD WITH OUT ANY LAPSE) suitable for executing the works in the state of Karnataka, the contractors from other than Karnataka state shall Upload an undertaking that they will apply for the same immediately after award of the work

Requiredvi) Copy of ERP TRAINING CERTIFICATE issued through LMS (LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) module in ERP.
