Channal for Lower Chassis with cross member of same section. Drawbar:-Tri-angular 'A' type Drawbar to be fabricated from 100x50x6 mm M.S. Channels fitted With spring loaded 'Eye hook' (40mm M.S. Round), Parking Screw Jack made of 2" M.S. Round (2'-8" long) with 3". M.S. Round Nut itted in M.S. Channal 100x50x6 mm. Platform :- To be fabricated from M.S. Channal 75x40x6 mm with cross member of same section, by means of jeep type covered with 4 mm thick Stainless Steel Plate-304 Grade,electrically welded all joints. Side Boards Four Nos. of Side Boards to be fabricated from M.S. Angle 45x45x6 mm with cross member of same Section covered with 12mm thick Stainless Steel Plate - 304 Grade Out of 4 Nos. side boards three sides will be open for removal of Garbage and front side will be closed, Hvdraulic Tipping arrangement- 1 No. Telescopic type Hydraulic Ramp (15 M.Ton) fitted to the lower Chassis of the Trailer complete with hydraulic Hose, Coupling etc. to tip the body at an angle 40/50 degree. Divider One No. divided will be insert the inner portion of Trailer for Bio-degradable & Non degradable Refuse of Size- 3-6*"" x 2'-0" (+17") each. Divider will made in such a way that only either Bio degradable or non degradable item comes outside. and made from M.S. Flat, M.S. Anglr &14 thick Stainless Steel Plate-304 Grade. Covered Portion:- To be fabricated from M.S. Angle 35x35x6 mm & 40x40x6 mm covered with 12 gauge thick Stainless Stecl Sheet 304 Grade. Two Nos. loading dala on each side. Wheel equipment- Two nos. of pneumatic Tyre Wheel 7.50x16( Nylon, 18 Ply) with tube (CEATMRF/GOOD YEAR/JK) and heavy duty Churri Rim fitted on high Tensile strength 70 mm Sq. Axle, heavy duty forged Steel. Hubs, Taper roller Bearing-30209 & 30211 SKF. Suspension-2 Nos. semi arc type fabricated Spring or suspended spring 32"-70x12mm -13 ply fited under the Chassis with U-Clamps, Jullon Patti,U-Bolts c.t.c. Construction:- Arc welded & Bolted. Mirror Polish finishing. Painting Two Coats of 1Cl Synthetic enamel Paint over a coat of Primer in Outside & in Inside Anticorrosive Black Paint over Red oxide Primer and embossing the name of our Office.
