Design and construction of Steel lattice tower of height 40mts with flat base min area of 4 x 4 m on top to withstand a load of 1200 kgs with ground floor enclosed room of min size 4 x 4m with height 4m at ground level and Equipment room enclosed of min 4 x 4 mtr with 4m height at a height of 30 mtr from the ground level with hosting pulley arrangement for lifting 500 kgs load to top for mounting radar and pedestal on top and staircase suitably for seismic zone V and considering the coastal area & its heavy wind effect including foundation of tower with including structural design & drawing complete.

Design and construction of DG Shed of RCC framed structure construction, PCC Block Masonry, Aluminium windows & frames, steel rolling shutter including all fittings and fixtures complete all as shown on drawings as specified and as directed, with design & including structural drawings etc complete.

Note for item No 2 & 3 : The Contractor shall submit the following:- (a) All structural drawing and Steel Tower drawing including the details of all structural members, junction details required if any expansion joints for execution of work. (b) Design calculations, STAAD file and drawing duly vetted by any of the IIT/IISc Bangalore /SERC/NIT/Govt Engineering Colleges. (c) Certificate from above vetting agency that the design is meeting relevant codal requirement (d) Details of Quantities of: (i) Steel reinforcement & Structural Steel (section wise) (ii) RCC (Grade and location wise) (iii) Design parameter shall be followed as mentioned under relevant para of PS hereinafter. The rate includes the provisions of the following :- (i) Necessary foundation for structures as mentioned above shall be followed as per Sch 'A' notes. (ii) Necessary excavtion for the foundation. (iii) All types of joinery, building hardware and other items which are essential and required to complete the building in all respect as specified (iii) Any items which are essential and required to complete the structure as specified herein-before and not found mentioned hereinbefore/after shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate and as per sound engineering practices and IS codal provisions to complete the work in all respect. Nothing extra whatsoever shall be admissible. Decision of the Accepting Officer, shall be final, conclusive and binding.

GENERAL SUMMARY NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - II to IX are prepriced by MES under Ser No. 6.00 to 13.00. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only.

FENCING AND GATE Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing of mesh size 50x50mm & made out of 3mm GI wire with 1mm thick PVC coating incl transportation to site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix time switches 3P Module, 24 hours program, Programmable every 15 min., backup of TA926453 3934 100 hrs., current capacity 16A, with 1 changeover (1 CO) 250V, with conductor fitted inside steel encloser all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC junction box of size 200mm X 140mm X 95 mm, light weight pole mounting hinged type mounting of box on pole with MS flat frame arrangement and necessary connector for looping in and looping out cables connection and suitable glands complete.

Material & Labour for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper pipe electrode earthing maintenance free earthing based on 3 mtr long copper pipe 18mm dia (ID) with wall thickness of 2mm, copper strip in pipe and filled with MFC for improvement of conductivity of electrode duly fixed with connector at top connection of copper strip 25 x 3mm riveted/ nut bolt after 12mm boring and further earth continuity conductor made of copper strip 25 x 3 mm upto 7.5m., 60 Kg BFC shall be filled around the copper pipe electrode, including providing FRP pit cover of size 250mm x 250mm x 250mm complete as per manufacturer specification and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Item include a set of 3 Nos Earthing) Note:- (i) Rate included for testing, commissioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and directed.
