POTTED PLANTS

Supply and Displaying of well shaped developed plants with good colored foliage fresh and healthy 60 to 75 cm ht in 30 cm Earthen Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Maintenance of potted plants in earthen pots in displayed at multi storied office buildings, flats and ground floor bunglalow, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertiliser, removing of dry parts by prunning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required as per direction of officer-in-charge.

SHRUBS

Providing and Displaying standard Rose (HT Variety) 3 to 4 healthy branch 90 cm and above ht. Well developed with one and bove flowers in 25 cm Earthen Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and and stacking of Hibiscus variegated of height 60-75 cm. With 8-10 branches and healthy variegated follaige in cement pots of size 35 cm as per direction of the officer-in-Charge

Providing and Displaying Cyprus Golden Conical shape 150 to 165 cm ht with fresh and healthy Golden colour foliage in 35 cm cement pot as per direction of officer in charge

Digging holes 60 cm dia and 60 cm deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any with all leads and lifts

Digging holes 90 cm dia and 90 cm deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure afte reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any with all leads and lifts

Complete maintenance of shrubs (out side garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning and application of tertilizer etc., and as per direction of officeer-in-charge.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of urplus soil by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods, Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation, Fine dressing of the ground etc complete.

Providing and Laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surfaces with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterig with sprinkler and maintenane for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer-in-charge

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e lawn, trees, shgrubsm herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc., including hoeing, weeding, prunning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of law, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide and fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenane of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (cost of good gearth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the department and lawn mover and brush cuttter with fuel and other T&P materials/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer-in-charge.

HEDGES

Providing and stacking of Duranta Golden having ht. 15 to 20 cm bushty shape with fresh and healthy leaves i 15 dm size of Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Digging holes 45 cm dia and 45 cm deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavted earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume ( 2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus erth, if any with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for sepatrately)

Cutting of Hedge/Edge inclduing removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc., (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied ber the department and as per directio of officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Vinca different colour 6 to 8 well developed branch in full bloom stacked with green painted banboo stick in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per directiion of the officer in charge

Providing and Displaying Zinnia Hybrid double in different colour well developed fresh and healthy 30 to 45 cm ht (3 to 4 in each pot) full bloom in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the Officer in charge

Providing and Displaying Begonia Rex having 15 to 23 cm ht well developed with fresh and healthy foliage with 10 to 12 flowers in bloom in 20 cm Eathen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer in charge.

Providing and Displaying Chrysanthemum double variety well developed having 45 to 60 cm ht with 6 and above flowers with half blooming condition fresh and healthy with bamboo stacking in 25 cm Earthen Pot and as per direction of the officer in charge

Providing and Displaying Marigold jaffri dwarf in different colour well developed with fresh and healthy foliage with 12 to 15 flowers in full bloom specimen plant 23 to 30 cm ht in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
