Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided for as in roof incl tarfelt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding (level course) on roof including finishing cement concrete surfaces even & fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in roof and chajjas including finishingcement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately).

Matrial & labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standerd membrane over PCC padding of roof with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Applying of bituminous primer @0.40 Ltr/Sqm as per IS-3384 including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed (b) Applying of 3mm thick APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane,polyster reinforced (3.50/Sqm) with 10cm overlaps and tourch bounded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel tubing galvanized, medium grade with all fittings, laid in floors or fixed to walls,(concealed) 15mm bore.including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs /blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing false ceiling with anodised aluminium snap grid frame work with size of grid 605 x 605 mm with aluminium main tee size 25 x25 x1.60mm thick and, cross T section of size 25 x 25 x 1.60mm thick and wall angle of size 25x25x2mm thick fixed to roof with rawl plugs/GI wire suspenders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 4 mm thick Non-Asbestos Cement Plain ceiling boards, fixed to timber/ Aluminium frame work with screws in ceilings and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer including preparation complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L for crack filling with approved crack filler to arrest seepage and running water through masonry / RCC surfaces etc., complete all as specified . Make: Dr Fixit Leak Plug or its equivalent.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of water proof coating (Dr. Fixit Rain coat exterior water proof coating) over a coat of primer (Dr. Fixit prime seal diluated with potable water by volume in 2:1 ratio 2 parts primer and 01 part water ) including filling of cracks upto 5mm width with Dr.Fixt Crack-X or Dr.Fixit unifiller on external surfaces of wall to arrest the seepage / dampness and running water in the masonry surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Dr. Fixit or its equivalent.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Non skid caramic coloured tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular ) area of eachtile exceeding .11 sqm but not exceeding .18 sqm in floor laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for10mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in layer of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in base of water tank on roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC1:2:4 using B0 (using12.50mm graded aggregate) for coping, corner of roof and similar work complete all as sepcified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for unions of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting of wild trees such as grass/bushes etc from the roof/wall surface/AC sheets/soil pipes surrounding including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 and finish the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.
