Providing & applying Post constrution of Antitermite treatment by drilling 12 mm dia holes at a distance of 30cm@ junction of wall and floor about 300mm apart deep enough to each the soil below and chemical emulsion(PREMISE,IMIDACHLOPRIED 30.5SC OF BAYER MAKE mixed with475 ltr water) pumped these holes to soak the soil @1Ltr solution of each holea as per manufactures specification and the holes should be pluged with filling materials including cost of all materials,labour charges,conveyance and all taxes and hiring charges of machinaries as per direction of Engineer in charges Girls Hostel(Ground floor)

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
