Part A - Construction and Commissioning of Tubewell with 2 Year DLP and 5 Year O&M under Sub Div Rural I Nokha

Construction of tube well from ground level & up to 100 mtr depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strata unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and it's packing as per IS: 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gravel & it's primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles and development work, but excluding the cost of housing and strainer pipe assembly). The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water.Nominal bore 250 mm dia.

Add 15% extra on depth more than 100 mtr for drilling beyond 100 mtr and upto 200 mtr depth from ground level.

Add 40% extra on depth beyond 200 mtr

Construction of tube well after completion of drilling by rotary method & upto 100 mtr. depth in all type of rocks by DTH system as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications. The work shall be deemed completed only after obtaining sand free water. The bore well should have a throughout nominal size bore beyond casing pipe. Nominal bore 200 mm dia.

Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS: 4270/2001) or amended up to date of following sizes 250 mm dia NB (Thicknee of pipe 7.1 mm & mass of tube 46.57 Kg/m)

200 mm dia NB (Thickness of pipe 5.4mm & mass of tube 28.46 Kg/m)

Labour charges for making slots on blank pipes made of ERW MS black pipe of following sizes, the slotting should be as per IS:8110-1985 or as amended up to date. 250 mm dia nominal bore of 7.1mm thickness

Supply & Fixing tube well cover of MS sheet 8mm thick at top & 5mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45cm long & two GI flanges at both ends in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2" (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provided & welded with 80mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug. 250 mm dia

Providing & Lowering in tubewell ISI marked GI Pipe “B" (medium) class as per IS:1239 part I 2004 or amended up to date, threaded and double flanged (welded) on both ends and two number 25x3mm MS flat welded on both ends between pipe & flange, rubber washer & nut bolts etc. complete in all respect.65 mm dia

Supply & Installation of 3 phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of five star rating by BEE and as per IS: 8034-2018 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (motor) or as amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting & accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect.

15 KW (20 HP) and above, head above 120 mtr.

Supply & Fixing of ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS 694:1990 or amended up to date and conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980 including making connection etc. 3 core 10.0 Sq.mm

Supply & Fixing XLPE insulated / P.V.C. sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor Armoured of IS:7098-I/1554-1 approved make in ground as per IS:1255 including excavation of 30cmx75cm size trench, 25 cm thick under layer of sand, second Class bricks covering, refilling earth, compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size. 35.0 Sq.mm, 3.5 core

S & F M.S. clamp, set of 50x6mm flat from iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

Supply and Fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitable rating MCCB , fully automatic star-delta starter, over load relay, ampere meter with CTs, volt meter, phase preventor, suitable starting capacitors, phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc complete suitable for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter ( supplied by DISCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 guage M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900 x 600 x 450 mm with Stand ( made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg’s length 18" and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form.The size of CC plateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. The operation of panel should be suitable for 440 Volt AC Supply.Above Above 10 HP and up to 15 HP

Providing & Fixing of double flanged, CI body, ISI marked NRV of approved make of following sizes 65 mm dia

Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of double flanged bulk flow meter with removable mechanism, of class B conforming to ISO 4064/1 or amended upto date of approved make including cost of all material and labour as per specifications with GI Box (sheet 16 SWG) suitable with locking arrangement of following dia.

Maintenance of tubewells which includes round the clock monitoring of tubewells of all sizes, complete repairs / rewinding of submersible pump sets including cost of material components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of electric panel of tube wells, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of log-books & Histroy sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge for tubewell per month.
