Repairs to soft starters at stage 1st by way of disconnection of all electric connections followed by dismantling of damaged soft starter parts (Models PST-175-600-70) & damaged control wirings. The job further includes cleaning of healthy parts and body of the starter by acetone/CCL4 solution and drying by suitable means. The job further includes P/F of: 1. Human machine interface (HMI)----------01 No 2. Printed circuit board (PCB)-----------------01 No 3. Bypass contactor / relay------------------- 01Nos The job further includes replacement of all the damaged control cabling with multi stranded copper wire as per sample. All tools and tackles including highly skilled labour involved in the successful execution of the job shall have to be arranged by the firm. The job further includes assembling of starter properly, fitting back in the cubical panel, using highly skilled technical persons well versed in the field. The job further includes connecting of all the power cables. The soft starter shall be tested on full load at site for 04 hours. The job includes all charges on a/c of transportation, handling besides skilled/ technical labour etc
