Labour Charges for providing bored cast – in – situ RCC piles of 450 mm dia to the required depth from the existing ground level including boring through ordinary soil other than soft rocks hard stratum and providing arrangements for concreting by tremie pipe method as per ISI 2911 excluding the cost of concrete, steel ad fabrication of reinforcement in position but including the cost of mobilization charges bentonite solution, clearing the removal mud away from the vicinity of the site and hire charges of all other tools and plants and rig required for the work etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Departmental Officers.
Test of single pile under routine load test for safe load from 550KN to 1050KN, test load as per clause 4.2.3.9 of IS 2911-Pt-IV as per the testing inclusive all charges for extension or cutting of pile that may be necessary erecting loading platform in the manner acceptable and approved by departmental officer with labour and other incidental charges for loading and unloading test load and hire charges and all other incidental charges for conducting test including retaining the test load for 24hours at 100% capacity test certificate and calibration charges for pressure gauge are to be produced to the Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer in charge before commencing day of test, calibration of pressure gauge has to be done before taking up the Ist load test in every site of work for piles of 450 mm with test load, etc complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers.
Providing and laying in position, Standardized Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000, using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC tems of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticizer super plasticizer) recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement gril and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying. vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing. curing. etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) In All floors.
Earth work excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and subsoil’s to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thickness well consolidated depositing the surplus earth in places shown and leveling the site with all initial leads and lifts etc complete complying with relevant standard specification etc complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers.

The window should be fixed be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames .The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supply AND Erection of Kirloskar/Ashok Leyland / Equivalent make GM model genset or its equivalent of approved make. The rate including cost of water cooled, 4 cylinders electric starting diesel engine developing 75 BHP at 1500 RPM coupled with CROMPTON make or its equivalent 40 KVA, 0.8 PF 415 volts, three phase alternator, Base frame, fuel tank, suitable battery with lead and standard control panel. The genset is also apprvoded with 1 no residencial silencer and fuel line. The Genset will be housed in a Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) approved silent Acoustic enclosure etc., complete in all respects in all respects as directed by the departmental officer
