Labour Charges for providing bored cast – in – situ RCC piles of 450 mm dia to the required depth from the existing ground level including boring through ordinary soil other than soft rocks hard stratum and providing arrangements for concreting by tremie pipe method as per ISI 2911 excluding the cost of concrete, steel ad fabrication of reinforcement in position but including the cost of mobilization charges bentonite solution, clearing the removal mud away from the vicinity of the site and hire charges of all other tools and plants and rig required for the work etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Test of single pile under routine load test for safe load from 550KN to 1050KN, test load as per clause 4.2.3.9 of IS 2911-Pt-IV as per the testing inclusive all charges for extension or cutting of pile that may be necessary erecting loading platform in the manner acceptable and approved by departmental officer with labour and other incidental charges for loading and unloading test load and hire charges and all other incidental charges for conducting test including retaining the test load for 24hours at 100% capacity test certificate and calibration charges for pressure gauge are to be produced to the Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer in charge before commencing day of test, calibration of pressure gauge has to be done before taking up the Ist load test in every site of work for piles of 450 mm with test load, etc complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardized Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000, using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC tems of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticizer super plasticizer) recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement gril and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying. vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing. curing. etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) In All floors.

Earth work excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and subsoil’s to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thickness well consolidated depositing the surplus earth in places shown and leveling the site with all initial leads and lifts etc complete complying with relevant standard specification etc complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers.

Filing in foundation and basement with M-Sand in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of Supplying M-Sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling in foundation and basement with Quarry dust in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying Quarry dust etc., complete in a respects as directed by the departmental officers

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of M-sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement Fe 500D Grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 786:1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officer ( In all floors) (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also, steel rods for all sizes)

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work such as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including strutting and shuttering wherever required using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officer. (for column footing, Grade beam / Plinth beam)

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work like slab, beams, lintels, loft etc., including shuttering, upto 3.00m high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officer. Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M-sand) using fly ash bricks of size 230mm X 110mm X 70mm in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting and curing etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officer.

Masonry work using AAC Blocks (Auto Claved Aerated Concrete Blocks) in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One of cement and Six of M-sand) of size 600mm X 200mm X 200mm for superstructure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows scaffolding, proper setting curing etc., complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of P-sand) 20mm thick with necessary water proofing compound at the rate of 1.06 Kg/ 10 M2 of weight of cement including finishing smooth proper setting, curing etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing 7 cm thick stair case parapet wall using using Fly ash bricks of size 230x110x70mm in cement mortor 1:4 (one of cement and four of M-sand ) and plastering the hand rail portion only with red oxide plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one of cement four of P-sand) 20mm thick using 9.80kg of red oxide powder per 10m2 and plastering either side of parapet with cement mortar 1:4 (one of cement and four of P-sand ) 20mm thick including providing skirting, finishing smooth in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. (In All Floors)

Cement concrete 1:5:12.5 (one of cement, five of M-sand and twelve and half of hard broken stone) using 20mm size hard broken brick jelly including laying, ramming, curing, finishing etc .complete as directed by the departmental officers

Weathering course in concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC roof slab the proportion being 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two parts of broken brick jelly and twelve and half of slacked lime) laying to a thickness of 110mm and compacted and well beaten to 80mm by using wooden hand beaten of weight not exceeding 2 kg hand beating during liberally with lime water and a small proportion of solution prepared by soaking water in dry nut of kadukka and giving required slope and thickness of roof etc. as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof slab with one course of pressed tiles 23cm x 23cm x 2cm using cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of P-sand) mixed with water proofing compound at 2% weight of the cement and pointed with the same l mortar etc., complete in all respects.

White washing two coats using clean shell lime including the cost of lime, gum, brushes and scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the walls with two coats of approved cement paint over one coat of primaring coat of cement paint including the cost of paint, brush, scaffolding etc., complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying of Door Frame of following Size with required dimensions of size~ 100 mm x 75 mm, with groove of size ~ 30 mm x 20 mm for resting the door shutter & chamfer finish at front using CRCA pressed steel box section 18 gauge or 1.25mm thick for door frames including providing holes and fixing wooden blocks for fixing fixtures and fittings and 4 nos of hold fast using the iron angle of 15cm length with split ends one coat of red oxide primer / Chemical arcylic, Fabrication and Supply of 35mm thick solid core flush door with teak ply on one side and commercial ply on other side with teak wood liping al round with iron oxidized hinges, tower bolts 12" 2 nos with receiver, Al drop 30 cm and handle 1 no for door of following size

Supplying and fixing of solid PVC door shutter using 19 gauge size of 19mm x 19mm and covered with heat moulded PVC channel of 5mm thick and width of 50mm to form styles and rails. The inner panel should be inserted between the frame with 6mm thick PVC rigid foam sheet welded/sealed to the styles and rails along with 5mmx25mm PVC beading on all and either sides. The vertical tube may be filled with suitable materials to further enhance the screw holding capacity etc., complete in all respects and colour as directed by the departmental officer. Suplying and fixing UPVC (Un - Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58 mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/ 1 mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all edges of frame and shutter the shuttter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned .Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action ,security protective hinges ,strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window . The window should be fixed be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames .The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and fixing Cuddapah slab planks of various sizes of 20mm thick both side polished Cuddapah planks including fixing in position , finishing curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers in all floors.

Providing Ellis Pattern flooring 20mm thick (Ellis pattern) with layer of cement concrete 1:3 (one of cement and three of hard broken stone) (No sand) using hard blue granite chips of size 3mm to 10mm and surface rendered smooth over RCC slab including supplying and fixing 20mm dia GI pipe outlet etc., complete in all respects.

Paving the floor with best quality of stain free nano polish Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm thick and laying over bed of cement mortar 1:3( one of cement and three of M-sand) , 20mm thick including cutting and laying and pointing with white cement with colouring pigment to match the tile, colour and providing skirting to the required size etc complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Plastering the top of flooring with cement morter 1:4, (One of cement and four of P-sand) 20mm thick including finishing smooth, scaffolding, setting, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the new wood work with two coat of first class synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour in addition over the existing primer coat including the cost of paint patty brushes and scaffolding etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of approved quality,colour and design anti skid type joint free of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floor over base layer of cement concrete 1:3 , (one cement and three M-sand )20mm thick and laid straight aligment and pointed neatly with colour cement @ .40 kg/m2 in position as per standard specification and complete is all repsect as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing the walls with colour glazed tiles of minimum 15cm x 15cm x 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of M-sand) 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40 kg/m2 icluding finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiles surface etc.. complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the new iron works of door with one coat of firstclass synthatic enamal paint of approved quality and colour including the costof paint brushes and scaffolding etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and subsoil’s to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thickness well consolidated depositing the surplus earth in places shown and leveling the site with all initial leads and lifts etc complete complying with relevant standard specification etc complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of M-sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 One of cement three of M sand and six of hard broken stone jelly ) using 20mm size hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation inclusive of shoring and strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects in all respects as directed by the departmental officer

Providing rain water harvesting in all soils and sub soils with RCC well rings of size 0.90m internal dia and 5cm wall thickness to the required depth of 0.90m and providing circular RCC perforated cover slab of 1m dia and 5cm thickness laid over the top most well rings excluding cost of steel fabrication of reinforcement grills in position at site of work for circular rings and for perforated cover slab in a places as dircted by the departmental officers including necessary earthwork excavation of 1m dia to a depth of 0.90m and filling inside the well rings with 40mm size hard broken stone jelly without causing any damages to the rings etc., complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officer

Supply AND Erection of Kirloskar/Ashok Leyland / Equivalent make GM model genset or its equivalent of approved make. The rate including cost of water cooled, 4 cylinders electric starting diesel engine developing 75 BHP at 1500 RPM coupled with CROMPTON make or its equivalent 40 KVA, 0.8 PF 415 volts, three phase alternator, Base frame, fuel tank, suitable battery with lead and standard control panel. The genset is also apprvoded with 1 no residencial silencer and fuel line. The Genset will be housed in a Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) approved silent Acoustic enclosure etc., complete in all respects in all respects as directed by the departmental officer
