Material & Labour for repairing of defective chiller unit of 75 TR capacity (235872 Kcal/Hr) Unit central AC plant fitted in BTF make VOLTAS Model : ACWCDS078DPMN3X2 with following jobs as under :- (a) Backing out of Refrigerant from the Chillers to Empty cylinders by vacuum pump from complete units. (b) Charge Nitrogen gas and pressure up to 150 PSI in the chiller and finding the leakage . Rate of Nitrogen gas to be paid under relevant items under schedule. (c) Rectify the leakage by brazing/welding work again charge Nitrogen gas and build pressure up to 200 PSI in the system and hold for 24 hrs. If pressure remains stand , then flushing out/cleaning of Chiller machine. vacuuming of the Chiller machine and achieve till 600 microns. (d) Charging of refrigerant in the Chillers and Commissioning of the unit. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note :- Complete above repairing /testing & Comissioning work should be carried out by or under supervision and presence of VOLTAS Engineer and satisfactory health report of all the Chillers should be submitted on VOLTAS letter head after completion of job with complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out defective scroll compressor and Supply, commissioning as in repairs scroll sealed compressor of 12TR/12.5 TR capacity as existing including valve and other fittings and testing for leakage and rectification by welding / brazing including and charging of refrigerant upto the required capacity complete all as specified. Make : Danfoss /Kirloskar Copeland/Carrier . Note : (a) Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only under respective item of this Schedule. (b) Contractor shall produce original purchase voucher along with test certificate from manufacturer / authorized dealer of Compressor manufacturer as applicable. (c) Contractor shall provide the testing facility as the testing of compressor/ installation shall be carried out in accordance to the laid down procedure. Unit rate of this item includes the said element.

Supply and fixing in repairs pilot solenoid valve 3 way of brass metal for compressor complete all as specified and as directed. Make : SPORLAN / DENFOSS / SANLAN

Supply only Refrigerant Gas R-407c of compressor complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Contractor shall produce the original purchase vouchers along with test certificates of entire quantity. (b) Cylinder shall be arranged by the contractor at his own. However, after charging of gas, emptied gas cylinder shall be returned to the contractor. (c) Gas shall be arranged by the contractor as per the requirement given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (d) During transportation if any leakage is found, contractor shall be held responsible for any lapses. However, net measured quantity shall be taken into account for payment purpose. (e) Before top up the gas in the cylinder , it shall be ensured by the contractor that cylinder is in order for filling the gas, necessary calibration shall be carried out by the contractor at his own and unit rates of this item includes this element. While quoting the rates, this aspect shall be taken into account and nothing extra shall be adissible on this account.

Taking down old UNSV sensor from chiller/ condensor unit and replacement of thermoelectrical sensor of existing model , include testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair condensor safety valve 350 PSI to 550 PSI complete all as specified and as directed. Make – SPORLAN/DENFOSS/SANLAN

Taking down defective micro processor controller make Softhard, phase controller and connective items from panel board of water cooled chiller unit of capacity 37.5 TR make Voltas Model No WCDS037DPMN3X1 refixing the same after necessary repair/ replacement of parts defective PCB, relays, micro processer based controller as required including testing and commissioning of chiller unit of the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor also submit the test sheet of relay functioning of chiller unit after completion of job.

Taking down defective micro processor control panel make Softhard, phase controller and connected items from panel board of Water cooled chiller unit of capacity 24 TR or equivalent make Voltas Model as existing refixing the same after necessary replacement of display unit of microprocessor based PCB, phase controller, by replacement of parts as required including replacement of control wiring , if required complete testing and commissioning of chiller unit of the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Contractor also submit the test sheet of relay functioning of chiller unit after completion of job.

De-scaling of chiller unit 75 TR Cap with the help of De-scaling chemicals with pump rotation and mechanical mean with the help of nylon brushes of suitable sizes complete testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old UNSV sensor from chiller/ condensor unit and replacement of thermoelectrical sensor of existing model , include testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old gas filters from refrigerant line in chiller, supply and fix new filter suitable for above chillers complete as existing model, include testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective micro processor controller make Softhard, phase controller and connective items from panel board suitablr for Water cooled chiller unit of capacity 75TR make Voltas Model No ACWCDS078DPMN3X2 PCB Model No (MCPWCDOL078-V4) SCR 66TR (MPO) (V4) type Delux HMI current rating 5- 30 Amp, Aux supply 0-11 VAC, 0-13VAC refixing the same after necessary repair/ replacement of parts defective PCB, relays, micro processer based controller as required including testing and commissioning of chiller unit of the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Contractor also submit the test sheet of relay functioning of chiller unit after completion of job.

Taking down existing burnt backalite connector from panel baord, replacement of Bacakalite cable connector up to 63 AMPs after replacement of burnout existing copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.
