Providing Waste Reception Facilities for hazardous waste from Port Calling Ships in VOC Port Authority

Collection of 3.1- Cargo residue, washing water and sludge containing oil from Port calling ships (including from ship cabins), handling (Including loading & unloading), storage, transporting the collected Cargo residue, washing water and sludge containing oil to authorized place outside Port premises by engaging truck / any other Mechanical means for transporting the Cargo residue, washing water and sludge containing oil, comply to HWA Rule 2016 & as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Necessary clearance for the loading, unloading, transportation and disposal through statutory agencies etc., is the responsibility of the contractor. The cost inclusive of necessary clearance from statutory agencies like customs, CISF, Port authorities, TNPCB, etc and interstate clearance for statutory agencies if any., necessary tools for loading, unloading of collected Cargo residue, washing water and sludge containing oil, transporting to the authorized place

Collection of 3.3- Sludge and filters contaminated with oil from Port calling ships (including from ship cabins), handling (Including loading & unloading), storage, transporting the collected Sludge and filters contaminated with oil to authorized place outside Port premises by engaging truck / any other Mechanical means for transporting the Sludge and filters contaminated with oil, comply to HWA Rule 2016 & as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Necessary clearance for the loading, unloading, transportation and disposal through statutory agencies etc., is the responsibility of the contractor. The cost inclusive of necessary clearance from statutory agencies like customs, CISF, Port authorities, TNPCB, etc and interstate clearance for statutory agencies if any.., necessary tools for loading, unloading of collected Sludge and filters contaminated with oil, transporting to the authorized place.

Collection of 3.4- Ballast water containing oil from ships from Port calling ships (including from ship cabins), handling (Including loading & unloading), storage, transporting the collected Ballast water containing oil to authorized place outside Port premises by engaging truck / any other Mechanical means for transporting the Ballast water containing oil, comply to HWA Rule 2016 & as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Necessary clearance for the loading, unloading, transportation and disposal through statutory agencies etc., is the responsibility of the contractor. The cost inclusive of necessary clearance from statutory agencies like customs, CISF, Port authorities, TNPCB, etc and interstate clearance for statutory agencies if any., necessary tools for loading, unloading of collected Ballast water containing oil, transporting to the authorized place.

Collection of 4.3- Slop oil from Port calling ships (including from ship cabins), handling (Including loading & unloading), storage, transporting the collected Slop oil to authorized place outside Port premises by engaging truck / any other Mechanical means for transporting the Slop oil, comply to HWA Rule 2016 & as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Necessary clearance for the loading, unloading, transportation and disposal through statutory agencies etc., is the responsibility of the contractor. The cost inclusive of necessary clearance from statutory agencies like customs, CISF, Port authorities, TNPCB, CPCB etc and interstate clearance for statutory agencies if any., necessary tools for loading, unloading of collected Slop oil, transporting to the authorized place.

Collection of 5.1- Used oil or spent oil from Port calling ships (including from ship cabins), handling (Including loading & unloading), storage, transporting the collected Used oil or spent oil to authorized place outside Port premises by engaging truck / any other Mechanical means for transporting the Used oil or spent oil, comply to HWA Rule 2016 & as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Necessary clearance for the loading, unloading, transportation and disposal through statutory agencies etc., is the responsibility of the contractor. The cost inclusive of necessary clearance from statutory agencies like customs, CISF, Port authorities, TNPCB, etc and interstate clearance for statutory agencies if any., necessary tools for loading, unloading of collected Used oil or spent oil, transporting to the authorized place.

Collection of 5.2- Wastes or residues containing oil from Port calling ships (including from ship cabins), handling (Including loading & unloading), storage, transporting the collected Wastes or residues containing oil to authorized place outside Port premises by engaging truck / any other Mechanical means for transporting the Wastes or residues containing oil comply to HWA Rule 2016 & as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Necessary clearance for the loading, unloading, transportation and disposal through statutory agencies etc., is the responsibility of the contractor. The cost inclusive of necessary clearance from statutory agencies like customs, CISF, Port authorities, TNPCB, CPCB etc and interstate clearance for statutory agencies if any., necessary tools for loading, unloading of collected Wastes or residues containing oil, transporting to the authorized place.
