REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF HARD STANDING, INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCK, CHEQUARED TILES, FOOTHPATH PAVING TILES, GRIT PLASTER AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEM IN THE CERTAIN BLDG IN AOR OF AGE B/R BHDC UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

Providing of hydraulic operated high pressure suction sewer cleaning machine/ Jetting machine having suitable tank cap including cleaning of all sludge silt residue of both organic & inorganic nature by mechanical scrappers etc in any position & disposal off all the waste outside defence area as per prevailing rules of local authorities. The de-sludging of sewage soakage well is to be carried out up to the bottom slab of sewage sump/sewage/soakage well/septik tank complete. The sewage well wall & bottom slab to be cleaned by water with high pressure upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge including necessary safety precautions to be adhered during working as per the prevailing local authorities rules. Note: 1. The quoted rates shall be included for hydraulic pressure machine for this item. 2. Minimum of 60 to 80 CUM or No of trip 10-15 Nos will be cleaned in a single working day/ Each Job by the Septic tank cleaning tanker machine.

Cleaning of CI/SGSW/PVC pipe upto 150mm bore from gully trap/WC to first manhole by rodding/choke remover manually as in foul condition after taking off the manhole cover and placing the manhole cover (old) in position including sealing around manhole cover where required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, etc complete. (ii) Minimum 2 persons sewer man shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines. The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iii) Inspection of sewage line and preventive repair/maintenance to be carried out by the contractor in routine without waiting for the complaints from users. The record of the same shall be maintained by the contractor. (iv) The complaint has to be rectified within 08 hrs as given in complaint register, failing which damage will be imposed @ Rs.100/- per complaint.

Cleaning of sewage lines of size 150mm dia and over including man holes through chassis mounted Diesel run vehicles mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum getting sewer cleaning machine KAMBI-10 LCHB fitted with international standard pumps having 3000 ltrs suction capacity operating by skilled operator with supervisor cum engineer for cleaning/ partial desilting of manholes and sewer lines as per guide lines laid in IS-11972 (1987) and complete cleaning of site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Jetting of the sewer line shall be carried out by high pressure system of w2200 PSI/Suction. The work shall be carried out as and when required basis for required lengths at various locations.

Demolition of brick work/stone bulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar of any description and in any position all as specified.

M & L for brick work with sub-class B brick straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster/Grit plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), on brick or concrete wall surface, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof Exterior emulsion paint of colour & shade as approved (Colour scheme shall be as approved by the GE & user) over and including a coat of priming paint and 3 mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Asian Apex Ultima or equivalent of make specified in PS.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings includind forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep as per approved pattern complete all as specified and as directed.
