Excavation by tunneling methods for tunnel including excavation for supports, in all kinds of rock including shoring, strutting, ventilation, lighting, drainage, dewatering wherever needed and all ancillary operations such as removing and hauling the excavated material, disposing off the same in specified dump areas outside the tunnel and upto 2.50 Km.beyond tunnel portal etc., including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, etc., complete including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracking, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of all surplus excavated material in acqusired width of the road or on approved dumping sites/sites through all modes of transportation including head loads, animal loads or mechanical means alongwith its levelling and fine dressing sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material ordinary soil including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25mm.(twenty five milimetre) dia rock bolts including cutting, splitting at one end, wedging, fixing in position, tighterning with torque wrench, with 2 Nos. of 10mm.(ten milimetre) thick steel plate washer and nuts, etc., inlcuding drilling holes, dewatering, desilting, bailing out water, ventilation, lighting, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, including scaffolding wherever required etc., complete or as directed including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling 30 (thirty) to 35mm. (thirty five milimetre) dia holes by jack hammer in rock including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dewatering, desilting, bailing out water, including scaffolding wherever required etc., complete including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fabricating and fixing 20mm./25mm.(twenty milimetre/ twenty five milimetre) dia cold twisted deformated steel anchor rods in drilled holes including cost of all materials, machineris, labour, clean and flushing the holes grouted with cement slurry, dewatering, desilting, bailing out water including scaffolding wherever required etc.including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fabricating and placing in position welded wire mesh as reinforcement for shotcrete including cleaning, straightening, cutting, lapping,welding whereve required, including fixing the mesh with dowel bars and securing the mesh to the rock surface including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing 75mm.(seventy five milimetre) wet shotcrete of specified thickness in two layers in CC as per mix design with weld mesh in between including mixing, applying, finishing, curing, necessary scaffolding, cleaning, dewatering, desilting bailing out water, drilling and fixing dowel bar etc. inclduign cost of all materials, machineries and labour etc. complete including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of sub-grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rooling the sub-grade complete as per HPPWD specifications including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstics with spells and consolidating with power road roller to required gradient camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding material moorum or earth etc. as per HPPWD specification 100mm. (One hundred milimetre) spread thickness including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

C/O unlined surface drains of average cross sectional area 0.40 sqm.(zero decimal four zero square metre) in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment as per Technical specification clause 307. surface drain in hard rock mechanical means including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of excavated material from tunnel. (Qty. = 34.96 x 200 = 6992.00 cum. Lead upto 18.00 Km. from the portal including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and latying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm. (four milimetre dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS:4826 in 100mm. X 100mm. Mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25Kg. (twenty five kilograme) each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
