M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no-01 here-in-before but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for complete removal of old treatment on surfaces of walls through electrically operated grinder using sand paper for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over one coat wall care putty (average thickness of 1.5 mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no-03 here-in-before but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces (Plastered or unplastered of wall) including rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 100% antifungal Acrylic Emulsion exterior grade weather proof paint upto & 5 storyed high building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for preparation to old/new decorated external surface of wall by scraping the loose scale etc by sand paper and filled with wall care putty (average thickness of 1.5 mm) to achieve even and smooth surface and then applying two coats of 100%. Anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade weather proof paint over a coat of weather resistant acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removel of old treatement on plastered surfaces of external wall and applying two coat texture wall coating raised or recessed by spray gun (colour,design & pattern as approved) including preparation of surface and making good surrounding surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for French polishing on old wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler, but one or more coats complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfce of wall and otherwise and applying one coat of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade weather proof paint on Floor paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing kerb stone/concrete/brick surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cleaning and preparing the existing road surfaces and making good for Road Marking with material and labour by reflective Thermoplastic white and yellow road marking paint conforming to BIS 3262 laid down through Road marking machine in 2.5mm thick layer of Crystalex and use of 5 Kg material per Sqm by incorporating the white and yellow glass beads for reflectivity in 100 mm width complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ surfaces built in cement mortor including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering in 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 using integral water proofing compound, as per manufacturers instructions, surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and direced by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : The cost of WPC is not including in quoted rates and shall be measured and paid separately under respective item only.)

M&L for 15 mm thick ready mix plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall (External sufaces) in two layers (thickness of each layer not more than 10 mm finished even & smooth. The first layer shall be prepared as per manufacturer instructions, relevant IS code and Engineering practices. The complete work of this item shall be got executed only by a skilled labour of the trade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 1.5 mm (average thickness) wall care putty on wall to bring the surface even & smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepartion new decorated external surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade weather proof paint over a coat of weather resistant acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 etc, including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
