1. Proposal for Architecture and structure design, sanitary design, electric design, estimation and other work of Multistory Office building, Municipal Council Sawai Madhopur.

All work is subdivided into four categories:- 1) Preparation of Layout of Multistory Office building, Municipal Council Sawai Madhopur after dismantling of existing building, preparation of all architectural interior and outer projection with all details like flooring, colour combination, fall ceiling elevation design, outer development etc. Correction if suggested by department and re submission of corrected one. 2) Structural design: - Consultant need to submit all structural design, their detailed drawings and design data for the structures. All the necessary testing like SBC must be carried out by consultant, no extra payment will be paid for that. After finalization, All working drawing must be provide in 3 sets. all structure must be get approved from MNIT/ Any other NIT or Any IIT. 3) Electric and sanitary plan and fire fighting: - Proper electricity, fire fighting and Sanitary Design drawings must prepare and provide by consultant. 4) Estimation: - Estimate based on RUIDP BSR 2022 must prepared by the consultant. All correction is to be make consultant if required. 5) 3 D map: - Consultant have to provide 3 D map of complex with walk through. 6) Site survey, SBC and other required for complete designing. 7) Not limited to design the structure as per relative loads and NBC
