Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type VCB11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, 400/630/800 Amps from location and repair /overhauling including replacement of damaged spare parts and carrying out with the following all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- spare parts will be measured & paid seperately (i) Inspecting / overhauling of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly swich assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of tripping assembly,earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Overhauling, calibration and secondary injection of over current earth fault relays/release on each multiple setting readjustment by artificial load complete all as specified including testing complete.

Testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil of indoor type transformer, 11KV/433 volt, filteration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant to remove moisture, impurities and improving di-electic strength to above 40 KV for 1 minute including new transformer oil for toping up & testing after filtration complete as specified. (Note: Transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately.)

Supply only transformer oil with 60 KV di-electric strength for topping up and replacement of old/burnt transformer oil complete all as specified. Make: Power /Asian/Savita/Electric.

Supply and fixing in repair of breather with 500 Grams celica gel of indoor type transformer 400KVA to1500KVA, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for disconnection of both HT and LT connection from cable and box, taking down the disconnected transformer (Indoor type) 400 KVA to 1000 KVA capacity 11/.433 KV, installed at substation bldg and transporation of unserviceable transformer complete unit to the Transformer repairing workshop and reinstallation the same after repaired back including arrangement of necessary T & P crane and vehicle etc for loading/unloading and to carry following work (i) Draining out transformer oil, taking down HT/LT studs and opening the top cover to checking of windings. (ii) Desludging of core and coil assembly by hot oil pressure and checking/testing of all accessories to identify fault leve. (iii) Brazing of burnt/disconnected copper wound surfaces, studs and connectors including replacement of unserviceable bolts, refixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different size and tightening properly. (iv) Replacement of all gasket materials in top cover , HT, LT bushing using rubberized gasket sheet 4.0/6.0 mm thick duly paster with gasket cement including replacement of LT/HT coils. (v) Repositioning of core and winding assembly inside the tank, assembling the complete unit and re-filling of old transformer oil and top up with new transformer oil including oil filtration and testing. (vi) After assembly of complete unit of transformer load testing, insulation testing including all testing shall be carried out as per IEC and IS and test certificate shall be submitted complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Transformer oil and copper windings if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule.

Supply only LT leg coil of copper windings with EC grade for transformer of capacity up to 1000 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly, etc. complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only HT leg coil of copper windings with EC grade for transformer of capacity up to 1000 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly, etc. complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for shifting of transformer 11/.433 KV of capacity upto 1000KVA installed at indoor substations to other substation/installation of Navy Nagar area including disconnecting of all HT/LT connections, earth strips etc and refixing the same at reqd site (n.exc. 3 Km) alongwith arrangement of all neccessary T&P and carnes etc including testing and commissioning of transformer after re-installation at new site complete all as specified and directed.

Maintaining/updating of log sheets and other documents and submit to office of AGE E/M (ES) Navy Nagar, to recording of continuous supply of electricity in Navy area/Users including cleaning of installations inside and outside of the installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Maintaining/updating of log sheets and other documents and submit to office of AGE E/M (ES) Navy Nagar, to recording of continuous supply of electricity in Navy area/Users including cleaning of installations inside and outside of the installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Maintaining/updating of log sheets and other documents and submit to office of AGE E/M (ES) Navy Nagar, to recording of continuous supply of electricity in Navy area/Users including cleaning of installations inside and outside of the installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

(ii) The rate quoted includes Oustourcing for operation & maintenance of installation on all days including Sunday/Gazetted Holidays. (iii) The cost of maintenance of documents installations charts and daily records as clarified under relevent particulars,specification shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for above items. (iv) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for provision of reliever duty and leave periods.(v) The operator on duty should have proper uniform in light blue colour shirt and dark blue trauser duly printed name as MES and contractor with all protective arrangement during the duties like shoes/hand gloves and required tools for operation and maintenance of installation.

(vi) The capacitors banks shall be operated for maintaining power factor not less than 0.95 at incomer. (vii) The cost of replacement of defective LT capacitors/contactors will be measured and paid separately. Any charges leived by State Discom for non maintaining power factor shall be recovered without any claim. (viii)The Contractor shall provide HT 11 KV hand gloves - 2 pairs and box spanner set- 1nos at each installation. (ix) The installation will be handed over in operating state on the commencement of contract though work order.

(x) Antecedents of the Personnel engaged by the contractor to carry out the work shall be verified from police authorities and accordingly security passes shall be issued. (xi) The contractor shall be solely responsible for all personnel deployed for carrying out the above jobs and all transport required for conveyance. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of EPF, insurance etc of operator/electrician all as per latest norms of labour Commissioner. (xii). The labourers shall be provided with protective devices and shall wear them while working. In case any accident/ injury/ fatal or partial disability happened, the contractor shall be solely responsible for settling all claims/ compensation. Department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour Commissioner/ Court directive. (xiii) Contractor will render a certificate/ confirmation every month that minimum wages act is not violated and every employee engaged have been paid their wages only through individual bank account laborers in full and receipts there on obtained. The Contractor shall produce bank statements every month alongwith the Certificate.

Note :- (a) Surprise check will be carried out by department representative and if any employes is not available at his working place, he will be treated as absent. (b) After issue of work order, contractor has to submit the list of employees including reserve alongwith relevant documents as mentioned in PS to the Engineer-in-Charge. (c) The payment shall be made to employee on OR before 10th of every calender month. Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. (d) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment.(f) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (g) Contractor shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, releiver etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of that day will not be paid. In addition to that a penalty of Rs 1000/- for Skilled labour and Rs 800/- for Semi skilled and Un skilled labour per day per person will be recovered from contractors dues. Also in case of long absence (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, the penalty shall be recovered including Sundays & Holidays if any. The contractor shall have no claim on this account.
