Removing the existing damaged tar felt including the pebbles and cleaning the surface free from oil, dust, dirt, grease etc and transporting the debries with 1km lead,lift etc complete..

Dismantling the existing damaged roof tiles and weathering course and clearing the debris away 1km away from the site including cost of labour, lead lift, transporting etc., complete..

Providing screed concrete 1:2:4 using 6mm HBG metal, 75mm tk and conplast at 300ml per bag of cement including the cost of all materials lead,lift,labour,transporting and curing etc., complete..

Laying cool roof tiles/white roofing tiles of size 300x300x10mm in CM 1:3,20mm thick mixed with conplast x421 IC @ 200ml per bag of cement over the roof surface after dismantling the pressed tile, with proper slope including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift,T&P transportation etc complete.

Painting the existing wall surface with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint approved colour and and quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding charges etc., complete.

Painting two coat of epoxy paint over one coat of exterior primer including cost of labour, lead, lift, etc complete.

Painting one coat of white cement washing over cement plastered surface including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Painting the existing wall surface with one coat of Interior emulsion paint including cost of material ,labour, cleaning, T&P etc, complete.

supplying and fixing in position Anodized sliding glazes window in two tracks with frame bottom gutter. 61.85x37mmx1.055 kg/m & side/top 62x29.5mmx0.695kg/m ans shutter lock, 39x20mmx0.605kg/m, bottom 41x20mmx0.355kg/, side/top 39x20mmx0.488kg/m, 5mm thick plain glass, ruber beading, centre lock etc including the cost of all materials, labour,lead, lift complete.

Repairing of Aluminium doors and refixing the same using the same materials with new rubber beading, woollen felt, screws to its required posistion after cleaning of all sections including pivot. The rate includes the cost of all labour, accessories, lead, lift etc., complete and as per the instruction of the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing of sun control flim of approved quality for fixed window glass including cost of all materials, cutting, charges, labour, lead, lift, transporting charges etc., complete.

Providing PCC 1:2:4, using 6 to 12mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing and labour etc., complete..
