Designing (aesthetically), Providing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant phase 1st (Filter bed 42.39 Sqmt or 115,500 litrs Capacity and Sed/ tank 72.00 Sqmt or 24000 litrs Capacity and Phase 4th (Filter bed 28.62 Sqmt or 78000 litrs Capacity and Sed/ tank 49.45 Sqmt or 16500 litrs Capacity based on Slow Sand Gravity Filteration, consiting of Civil works including structural testing. The components such as , Inter-connecting Path, Walkway, Storm Water Drains, Scouring arrangement, Beautification including all alied Works complete as directed by engineer in charge. . Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications Data Sheet No.2,)
Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M25 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural design and drawings etc complete as directed by engineer in chargeas per relevent data sheet and scope of work.(Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Vol-III, Data Sheet No.3)

Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavted earth all kind of soil with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge P&J work
Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth up to a lead of 20 mtrs(twenty metres) and lift up to 1.50 mtrs (one point fifty metres) disposing earth to be leveled and neatly dressed pick jumper work iwth in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer - in - charge.

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.
laying and jointing, testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes (L.C)socketed with ISI marked, conformining to IS :1239 (latest with upto date ammendments) including tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).(Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Vol-III, Data Sheet No,7)Negative tolerance in Thickness and mass will not be accepted (The diameter and Class /Material of pipe are indicative since the re-survey and re-design of proposal /scheme is to be carried out by the lowest bidder. The design /drawing so approved by the competant authority after finalisation of design and drawing ,any variation in size of pipe , material ,pipe class ,wall thickness, jointing , valves,specials etc. The rate shall be worked out on prorata basis after approval of the competant authority and will be paid accordingly.)
