Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing & laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls upto 20cm wide.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and laying 40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size crushed aggregate).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Extra for brick work in super structure above plinth level upto floor V-level.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) sal wood.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete (size of tile 60x60cm).

Providing & fixing glazed shutters 35mm thick for doors, windows and clear story windows using 10Kg/Sqm (4mm thick) glass panes including black enameled ISI marked M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws in second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width for aperture 1.4mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws in second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished or required size with necessary screw excluding, panelling which will be paid for separately all completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2nd class deodar wood (35mm thick).

Providing 40x5mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing M.S grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approve steel primer all complete (fixed to openings/wooden frames with rawl plugs, screws etc.).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade two or more coats on new work.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey of primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade (two or more coats) on new steel work.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. consisting of (a) applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks / brick bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining was upto 300mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slaps. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg / sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1: 4 admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300mm / sq 3mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water far a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge. With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurras as 65mm.

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50mt. lead.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (area of opening for panel insert excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25mm to 40mm thick. Decorative ply wood one side decorative veneer and commercial veneer on other face (Type -1) conformiong to IS 1328 BWR type. Particle Board 12mm thick.

Providing and fixing PVC waste pipe for sink or wash basin including PVC waste fittings complete. Semi rigid pipe.

Providing and fixing wash basin of size (630x450mm) of Jaquar make or equivalent make with all accessories and fittings (Complete job).

Providing and fixing wall mixer of Jaquar make or equivalent make with all accessories and fittings (Complete job).

Providing and fixing water closet seat floor mounted with cistern of Jaquar make or equivalent with all accessories and fittings (Complete job).

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6mm thick hard board backing. Rectangular shape 453 x 357mm (outer dimensions).

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked indicating the BIS License No. with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank (Sintex, Electroplast, star, Lotous or equivalent having valid ISI license).

Providing and fixing G.l. pipes complete with G.l. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc.INTERNAL WORK-Exposed on wall.
