Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc. 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm single side prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges painted to match prelam sheet and fixed with screws and rawl plugs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded Prelam PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and Prelam PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.50 sqm and n. exc. 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm & n. exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including provision of suitable blocks for taking mortice locks, latches or other fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick factory made, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels), with lock rail and panels of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick venered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces with rails and style of 2nd class hard wood. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters 35 mm thick, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised wire mesh of size 1.4 mm x 3 mm mesh, 20 Gauge thick in doors/window shutters complete all as specified and directed.
