MAINTENANCE FREE ADVANCE CHEMICAL GEL EARTHING SYSTEM.
Supply, Making, Testing & Commissioning of advance maintenance free Chemical Gel Earthing of Single solid Pipe Technology (Copper) of 3mtr long 50mm dia filled with highly conducting metallic compounds (Make Earth Plus Ultra IEC 62561-7,IS-3043) with the permenant sealings at the both the ends with the lead terminal 32x10mm at the top along with 50 Kgs of chemicals Gel for (mixture of Sulphate, Silica, Alumina, Iron Oxide, Titanium Oxide, Calcium Oxide, Potassium Oxide, Chloride, Nickel Oxide, Magnesium Oxide, Sodium Oxide, Zinc Oxide, etc) Resistance Lowering Grounding Minerals. The loss on ignition by mass of the chemical compound RESLOW shall be less than 20%. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any International accredited and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory. The chemical earth electrode manufacturer shall be an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified organization
The testing laboratory should be ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified. The CHEMRODE shall be be duly tested & certified by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt of India for a minimum short circuit current of 30 KA rms. The chemical earth electrode manufacturer shall be an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified organization.
Supply & Installation of Heavy duty polyplastic weather proof earth pit / chamber.
Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. Make BE$C/AKG/NIC
Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. Make : Havells / Finolex/ Polycab
