Labour only for cleaning the vegetation/surplus soil around the earth pits upto 1.00 mtr all around the pit, cleaning the chamber of the earth pit, replacing the rusted earthing leads/funnel / mesh with new ones etc checking the results of the earthing using earth tester, re-activating the earth pit using suitable measures as required to bring the results within the limits of 5 ohm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :i) All materials required for re-activation of earthing pit will be measured and paid separately under supplied & fixed only of respective item of schedule. ii) The resistance test of earth pits to be carried out by contractor.

Supply & fixing of common salt suitable for re-activating of earth pits complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of Back fill compound suitable for re-activating of earth pits complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of Charcoal used for re-activating of earth pits complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of air termination single pointed solid Aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300mm long mounted roof of building complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of GI Strip 25 x 4 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for down conductor above ground including jointing with rivets/ brazing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of copper strip 20 x 3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including jointing with rivets/ brazing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal / phosphorus bronze/copper of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw test point block housed in sheet metal box of size 250 mmx 300mm fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm with saddles /insulators every 1 mtr of interval and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including joining with rivets, bolts, nuts, washers etc on the roof of Sqn buildings necessary scaffolding work or protective arrangement made by contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for scrapped down/peeled off old paint with abrasive paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office RED Colour on both side of board (size 1.5m x 1.5m) and re-writing the letters as "NO ADMISSION WITHOUT PERMISSION" with White paint according to existing size of letters and two coats of black paint on its border and two fixing supports of MS round pipe of height 2.5 mtr complete all as specified and as directed. Note : This job shall be carried out through experienced Painter and decorator.
