Servicing, Calibration and complete overhauling of 33 KV HT Breaker Vacuum type /SF6 gas Operated Breaker of 1600 Amp rating outdoor type mounted in 33 KV switch yard of existing make i.e Crompton Greaves/ type/mode/capacity by taking out 33 KV trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply ,Checking of all mechanical/ electrical/ control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system, upward-downward/in-out movement of HT 33 KV breaker trolley,etc including diassembling of operating mechanism parts well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable spare parts reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board,main busbar,decarbonizing all joints busbar CTS,PTS, spouts metal parts & applying the proper lubrication/ greasing with AP-3 grease and making 33 KV breaker perfect operating in manual and electric mode and calibration & checking of Indoor control panel of 33 KV Circuit breaker by chechingh of tripping system through IDMT over current and earth fault relay at plug setting through primary current injection method to ensure proper function of trip coil control circuit etc. during fault condition setting by expert from authorised engineer and agency of authorised company of Circuit breaker including submission of calibration certificate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of UNSV spare parts required to make 33 KV circuit breaker functional will be measured and paid separately as supply & fixing under respective items.

S&F Panel Heater Thermostat Switch, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Closing coil, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Auxillary relay for buchholz relay, oil temp, winding temp trip 24/110V DC as per exsting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Master relay 24/110V DC as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Remote local switch as per exsting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing spring charging motor(Universal motor) for outdoor type, 33 KV, VCB,operated on 230 volts AC/ DC,with charging time less than 15 sec of approved rating complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Make - DELCO or equivalent make as approved by AGE (I).

Supply and fixing of 33 KV, 50 Hz, Single Phase, oil filled inductive potential transformer outdoor type, Ratio - 33/sqrt(3)/110/sqrt(3), Two secondary windings, voltage factor - 1.2 continuous, 1.5 for 30 Sec, Creepage : 900 mm, Windding - 1: class-1.0, 100 VA suitable for 33 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement vaccum interrupter unit of 33 KV out door type Circuit Breaker complete with insulator and assembly 630 amps rating,all including assembling, testing and commissioning at site, complete all as specified and directed.
