Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The prospective bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work of Electrical Wiring of value not less than Rs.0.79 lakhs from any Government/reputed organization in India in the last five years, i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. In proof of this, the bidder shall upload work order along with corresponding satisfactory performance report/work completion certificate issued by competent authority. The value of the completed works shall be given in weightage of 10% per year to bring to the price level of current financial year

The bidder in his name should have an average annual turnover of minimum Rs.1.59 lakhs during any two financial years in the preceding five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. The agency shall upload Annual turnover certificate/statement duly signed by Chartered accountant for the two years. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of current financial year).

Those bidders whose contracts have been terminated/fore-closed by KPCL or whose performance has not been satisfactory while executing the contract of the above within last five years are not eligible to participate in the bid. The bidder shall furnish an undertaking in this regard. Bidders shall furnish declaration in this regard (as in Schedule-G).
