Supply and fixing of mill finish Aluminium Sheets matching to same profile as exisiting with fixing with G.I J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastenerand EPDM washers etc. complete . The thickness of sheets shall be 0.90mm TCT in Aluminium natural mill finish in 3000 series alloy ( AA 3104, 3003, 3004). The profile shall be nearest match to the existing profile. The cost shall include all cost towards freight, tools and tacklels, loading, unloading , lifting, shifting and laying in position.
Providing, supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins, posts etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including appling a coat of Zinc chromate primer of approved make all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (i) Every possible precaution shall he taken to ensure that the damaged surface(s) shall be thoroughly clean, dry, free from condensation, moisture, dust, oil grease, rust, dirt and other contaminants before the application of the touch-up/repair processes. (ii) Blast cleaning and painting shall not be conducted when the surfaces are less than 3 °C above dew point or when the relative humidity of the air is greater than 85%. (iii) Any paint found to be incorrectly applied shall be removed and repainted to the appropriate painting/coating requirement. (iv) Surface preparation, whenever possible, shall be carried out by dry blast-cleaning. Where dry blast cleaning is not feasible due to limited access, risk of damage to equipment, light gauge steel, proximity to electrical or instrumentation components, hand or power tool cleaning shall be applied. This shall be followed by solvent cleaning prior to painting. Where the damaged surface being repaired lies adjacent to a previously coated surface, the cleaning shall extend to the surrounding coating by a minimum of 25 mm on all sides and the edges shall be "chamfered" to ensure continuity of the patch coating. (v) Appropriate protection, shields or screens shall be used to cover the remainder of the previously coated surface to prevent any possibility of damage to or contamination of the coating before starting any repair work.
Supply and fixing of Z Section in 1.6mm thick min size 50 x 50 x 50 hot dip galvanised upto 120 gsm of zinc coating mass total both sides as per IS 277 in natural Mill finish on existing Gale end wall with Hilti or other approved equivalent quality web Anchor Fastener. The cost shall include Labour, Tools, Tackels, Loading, Unloading , freight upto site.
Supply of concrete screw anchor carbon steel hex headed or web edge anchor designed for crack concrete to fix the Z Sections spaced at every 500 mm c/c. The cost shall include freight upto site, loading, unloading and testing of the material.
Wall cladding sheets at Gable end : The sheets shall be made out of CRCA high tensile steel in min 350 Mpa YS with hot dip alloy coating of 55% Alu, 43.5% Zinc and balance addictives comprising of AZ 150 Gsm of total coating mass both sides as per IS 15961 /AS 1397/ASTM A 792 M. The material shall be further paintedusing metashield special organic coating of avg 18-20 microns DFT Top coat over avg 5 microns primer on each surface and avg 5 microns in mill standard grey as per IS 15965. The profile depth shall not exceed 20mm and covered width shall be in range of 1000 - 1040mm. The sheets shall be fixed using SDST screws confirming to AS 3566 class 3 specifications on to Sub girt. The cost shall include Labour, material, Tools and tackles, Loading, Unloading, all hardwares and freight upto site. Only laid area shall be measured for payment.
Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. Repairs to the RCC structural members of concrete surface/RCC brackets with form finish, concrete finish using Super Fluid Micro Concrete general purpose approved grout powder using Roffe concrete repair or approved equivalent quality SFMC, item includes the operations of breaking cracked/spalled concrete members along the cracks and taking down the debris to ground level and stacking/ disposing of debris with in a lead of 50 mtr as directed ,exposing and cleaning the reinforcement bars thoroughly by tapping wire brushing emery papering and finally by chemicals such as acetone or eqvt.and washing the surface by waterjet to remove acetone and brushing subsequently and applying a protective coat of polymer and cement mixed in the ratio of 1:1.5 (1 polymer : 1.5 cement ) by volume to the reinforcement bars and casting /grouting with Super Fluid Micro Concrete in the proportion of grout and aggregate of quartz/granite rounded chips of size 6 mm down graded or eqvt in the ratio of 1 powder: 0.50 aggregate by weight (100 kg SFMC: 50 kg Quartzchips) including cost of double steel scaffolding and required Form work and removal of same (Only form work will be paid under relevant items) after grouting curing etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engr.- In-charge. Note: 1. Mode of measurement shall be in kg of SFMC powder consumed only. 2. SFMC powder will be supplied by Contractor. 3. Protective coat to reinforcement and bond coat over adjacent concrete surface are inclined in the item. 4. Reinforcement and Formwork for Jacketing shall be measured and paid under relevant item. 5. Fixing Weld mesh if required and same will be measured and paid under relevant item.
Providing and applying / injecting general purpose, high flow, Class A, non-shrink grout having high flowability through voids, bottom of base plate, tie rod hole and/or gap of min. 10 mm up to 100 mm, by mixing potable water, in a controlled manner by forced-action mixer, in the range of min. 2.9kg to max. 4.1kg per 20 kg bag of grout depending on the required consistency including cost of materials, labour, equipment, tools & tackles and consumables etc. all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying cold liquid Polyurethane waterproofing system having following layers: (a) Primer / base coat: Providing and applying (Pre-Measured Packed) silver grey coloured 2 (two) component solvent free, odourless, Epoxy-based Primer with excellent adhesive property on the clean and grinded surface/substrate. The substrate can be slightly moist (in concrete, the moisture must be less than 20 %), sound and free from any material that would hinder good adhesion. Mix component 'A' into component 'B' in ratio of 1: 0.16 by weight thoroughly with a clean stirring stick. The mixture should be of uniform colour & free from streaks and be applied evenly with roller. The primer should be completely dry for further application of liquid applied polyurethane based membrane/ coating. The consumption, depending on the nature and condition of the substrate for priming, should be within the range of 250 – 400 gm/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by EIC. (b) Top coat: Providing and applying cold liquid applied waterproofing based on highly flexible solvent free single component Polyurethane system and special needle punched non woven, system compatible polyester fleece of minimum 120 GSM as reinforcement. The cold liquid applied reinforced system shall have high crack bridging property and shall be UV stable, solvent-free, Cool Roof system. Application procedure: (i) Stir the material well before use. (ii) 2/3rd of the waterproofing mix material to be applied on the primed substrate and the special polyester fleece of min. 120 gsm to be rolled with roller including removal of air bubbles with an overlap of min. 5 cm. (iii) The remaining 1/3rd of the waterproofing material to be poured onto the surface until complete saturation is achieved. The layers should be applied on wet surface of earlier coat and there should not be any time lag during the laying of the system. (iv) After curing, one coat of material approx. 300g/sq.m. to be applied after 24 hours. (v) The total system of waterproofing for material and components shall be procured from single manufacturer. (vi) The total thickness achieved from the application should be from 1.4 to 1.7 mm. (vii) The total consumption of mix waterproofing depending on the nature, porosity and condition of the substrate should be in the range of 2.3 to 2.7 kg/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by EIC. Specifications/Technical Parameters: The tensile strength of the membrane shall be min. 8.60 N/sq.mm and Elongation at break with fleece shall be min. 83.0 % (with fleece). The Tear Resistance of the membrane shall be min. 41.0 N/mm, Solar Reflection Index (SRI) Value of membrane shall be min. 100, Degree of solar reflectance of the membrane shall be min. 85% and adhesive strength shall be min. 2.40 N/sq.mm. etc. Note : The contractor shall provide min. 10 (ten) years Leak Proof Performance warranty for the complete waterproofing work. Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of form work fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC with Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of not less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute or experienced Technician retired from Government service. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job as Single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the Technician will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per day as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis per day. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job. (5) The Technician should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Technician will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of technician is 1 (One) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1,411/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.

(2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the Engineer will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per month as per requirement at site for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Engineer exclusively for the particular job. (5) Engineer should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Engineer will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of engineer is 1 (one) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1,915/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.
