Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least any construction work to an extent of 25% of the work, for all works costing up to 100 lakh of value not less than Rs. 16.27 Lakhs (Usually not less than 25% of the estimated value of the Contract) during last 5 years reckoned back from 2025-26 The cost will be updated to the present value by giving weightage of 10% each year, if the work is completed prior to the year 2025-26. To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 a)Achieved in at least One financial years a Minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 65.08 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works costing uptoRs. 100 lakh)Audited profit and loss statement certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copies of IT returns filed for the two years indicated above and shall bear the UDI number shall be furnished.
