Dismantling the starting system of 250 KVA DG set including necessary wires and supply and fix starting system of maint free lead acid battery 12 V, 180 AH of 02 Nos with copper terminal cable of 25 Sqmm single core approx length 1.5 mtr each for negative and positive terminal and 0.5 mtr for inter connection including necessary brush terminals complete of the DG set including commissioning, testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Exide/ Amaron / Panasonic or technocommercially equivalent as per list of make in PS.

Make : Exide/ Amaron / Panasonic or techno-commercially equivalent as per list of make in PS.

Dismantling the starting system of 40 KVA DG sets including necessary wires and supply and fix starting system of maint free lead acid battery 12 V 150 AH of 01 No, with copper terminal cable of 16 Sqmm single core approx length 1.5 Mtr each for negative and positive terminal including necessary bush terminals complete of the DG set including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make : Exide/ Amaron / Panasonic or techno-commercially equivalent as per list of make in PS.

Taking out self starter of 12/24 volt from the DG Set of capacity 250, 125 & 40 KVA, transportation to workshop opening/ disconnecting all internal connection, cleaning the same taking out burnt armature, segregation serviceable parts for re-use, rewinding of armature with existing size of copper wire. Reassembling the same with replacement of carbon bush 01 Set, Beadex pinion 01 No, Half clutch assembly 01 No, Field coil 01 No, solenoid switch 01 No, commitator 01 No, fixing the self starter on the engine at site commissioning, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the lubricating oil from the existing DG Set of any capacities and supply & filling the lubricating oil of grade 20W40 in sealed Containers complete all as specified and directed. Make: Servo / Mak / Turbo or techno-commercially equivalent as per list of make in PS.

Supply, filling and top up of coolant in the DG sets of any capacity and any make complete all as specified and directed. Make : K-Cool / Golden Crush / HP Lub or techno-commercially equivalent as per list of make in PS.

Comprehensive maintenance / periodical servicing and repair of Eco Friendly / Acoustic Type DG Set 125 KVA/ 250 KVA / 40 KVA of any making including 'B' check 250 Hrs or 6 Months whichever is earlier complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1: a) Repair & maintenance should be carried out as per maintenance schedule prescribed in repair and maintenance manual through qualified and experienced mechanic from the servicing center who is conversant with the DG Set and report should be submitted by the contractor.b) Rate quoted by the contractor includes the fixing charges for replacement of parts specified in relevant item here in after.c) The tenderer shall produce qualification and experience certificate of the mechanic to the Engr-in-Charge and approved personal only will be allowed to carried out the work. Check : d) Lubricant Oil Leaking e) Operation and repairs to lubricant oil leakage and coolong system leakage ,radiator operation withh coolant hoses and connection ,belt connection and tension. Fanhub drive pulley and water pump operation and cleaning of radiator cooling System. f) Leakage in Air Intake system, maintenance filter & air cleaner piping connection. g) Leakage in Air Intake system, maintenance filter & air cleaner piping connection. h) Fule line and connection, fuel injection pump, cleaning of fuel tank for removing sediments. j) Battery Charging system and topping up electrolyte and maintenance of specific gravity. k) Cleaning of engine tightening of all nut, bolt, washer and unusual vibration. l) Checking to electric connection and smooth operation of generator control panel incl greasing of all bearing. The Contractor as ahll also attend to the breakdown calls and depute necessary technician for maintenance/ repair works as and when required without delay during maint period. Note 2: The spare parts will be measure and paid separately.
