Charges for releasing the existing worn out and damaged motor bed Frame & damaged concrete pedestal for KD 400 frame, 230 KW ASDP HT motor-1No.
Fabricating new bed frame suitable for KD 400 frame, 230 KW ASDP HT motor -1 No. by erecting the motor bed frame in position on the renewed concrete pedestal, checking with water level and spirit level, erecting the motor in the bed frame and conducting trial run for ASDP- at AHP/NCTPS-I. ( Required MS Channel under Contractor scope)
Charges for Fabrication of 16mm thick MS base plate of required size with slots – 8 Nos. and supporting plate of required dimensions for motor bed frame of ASDP at AHP/NCTPS. (Required MS plate will be supplied by TANGEDCO).
Providing and placing PCC 1:2:4, 12 to 30mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, load, lift, labour, vibrating charges and mixing charges excluding cost of reinforcement etc complete (12mm to 20mm HBG (Hand Broken Granites) metal, sand, cement, sundries & LWF extra)
Providing, erection & removing ‘form work’ at all elevations below or above ground for concrete works including of materials, lead, lift, labour & LWF etc. complete for renewal of pedestal for 230 KW ASDP motor.
Fabrication of packer plate suitable for motor bed frame of ASDP 3A2 at AHP / NCTPS. (Required MS plate will be supplied by TANGEDCO).
Seal Water Pump Motor bed frame moulding fabrication work (Material : Casting) – size: Length -395mm, height – 50mm & Thick – 85mm.
Supply of M24x330 mm SS Bolt with 2 Nos nuts and 2 Nos washer. (Rate as per budgetary offer) (6 Nos x 6 Locations)
Supply SS Jack square plate of 75x75x40mm (Rate as per budgetary offer) (4 Nos x 6 Locations)
Supply of MS Channel 100x50x5mm
