Dismantling carefully the existing Un-serviceable LT Overhead line ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and stringing, stretching and fixing ACSR conductor for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, jointing sleeves aluminium tap and PG clamp etc of any size all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only/stringing only old dismantled ACSR conductor for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, etc of any size complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item Srl No 2 & 3 : Jumper on cut point/2 pole structure/4 pole structure shall be provided with PVC insulated sleeves. Rates shall be included of jumper and tree branch cutting to make safe distance from pole /OH line.

Dismantling/taking down of insulators of any type/size from HT/LT poles/DOs/GODs complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out existing old unserviceable/burnt gang operated devices or DO fuse assys complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing old cross arms etc made of mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron, back plates, nuts, bolts, washers etc all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia. for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia, ball & socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified.

All as per item No 8 here in before but 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade.

S&F Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps 31 x 3 mm, washers, insulator bolts and washers and nut of height 75 mm and 90 mm dia for working pressure 1100 Volts complete all as specified.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural mild steel sections conforming to Fe-410-0 grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F Switch air break, gang operated, out door type, triple pole, HT 11000 volts, 200 Amps, vertical type with 3 insulators mounted with fixed contacts of phospor bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including mild steel galvanised light grade 25mm bore operating rod, pad locking arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Drop out expulsion fuse assembly with fuse carrier, triple pole HT 11000 Volts, 200 Amps, out door type (having two Nos post insulators mounted on MS Channel for each pole ) all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of lightening arrestors Expulsion type complete with all fitting, transmission class, discharge capacity upto 65 kilo Amps suitable for 11kVolts and connecting to earth wire complete all as directed including taking down the u/s bursted lightning arrestors from OH structure.

Supply and filling in Transformers, Transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 40 KV, conforming to IS-335.Make:Transol, Power oil.

Dehydration/Filtration of Transformer oils of Transformer/Switch gears using oil filtration plant for removing the moisture contents and corbon deposits from the oil and bringing it to the dielectric strength not less than 40 KV.

Supply & filling silica gel inside breather assembly of trasformer all as directed.

Supply & fixing breather assembly suitable for outdoor type trasformer with silica gel including taking down u/s from the transformer all as directed.

M&L Out door cable end jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) suitable for XLPE under ground aluminium conductor cable, 11 KV (earthed) grade, of cross sectional area 120 to 150 Sqmm 3 core. (Note: Taking out of existing cable, cutting faulty ends if required, are deemed to be included in the item rate quoted)

M&L for Repair to transformer after disconnecting in coming HT connection and out going LT cable connection, draining out the transformer oil and keep in safe custody for reuse, disconnecting the breather assembly, temperature gauge, taking out the top cover of transformer upto 630 KVA, indoor/outdoor type, 11KV/433 Volt, step down, disconnecting LT/HT winding connections from LT/HT Bushing and carefully taking out LT/HT Bushing insulator and HT/LT Brass spindle, taking out gaskets of LT/HT Bushings and transformer top cover. Refixing exisitng LT/HT Brass spindle with Bushing insulators after replacing Gaskets, View glass of conservator tank, refixing all cable connections, top cover with new gasket, breather/temp gauge, refilling transformer oil, complete all as directed. Note: Transformer oil for topup, dehydration/filtration etc work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing LT, Bushing insulator with brass spindle, nuts, check nuts & washers etc suitable for outdoor type trasformer of capacity upto 630 KVA including taking down u/s from the transformer all as directed.

Supply only Electrical Rubber hand gloves as per ISI specification for operating voltage 11 KV.

Supply and fix DO fuse wire fuse element of capacity 5-10 amps for 11 KV with IS specification and standard size complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for poles, struts, stays etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand or M Sand, free from particles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks.

Cutting the existing hard standing/road and making good after laying of cable/pipe with 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B-I including finishing to match existing surfaces complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable, burnt, punctured aluminium conductor cable of any grade and cross sectional area from the excavated trenches, ducts, laid in floors, along poles/ walls/ equipments etc., laid and passed through pipes or laid bare in road crossing/drains/ paths/along walls/poles/floors etc and in similar locations complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:-

Supply & Fixing in repairs Danger notice plate for LT, 20 x 15cm x 1.60 mm thick, mild steel sheet, vitreous, enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in single red colour and fixed on LT Panel using suitable nuts, bolts and washers of required size complete all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable, GI tubing of any size upto 80 mm bore from the excavated trenches, ducts, floors, along poles/ walls/ equipments, road crossing/drains/ paths etc all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in trenches/under roads/crossings or fixed to wall/pole/roof, GI tubing light grade of following sizes for protection of UG cables :- Note : Payment for excavation, earth work, PCC shall be paid for separately under relevant items of Schedule.

Trimming of tree branches resting/interupting the LT/HT OH lines, any number of conductors/length of span, cutting/clearing 2 mtrs from conductors and remove the tree branches from site all as directed. Supply and fix in repairs road lighting luminaires, 70 watts, 230 Volt high power LED with unique peanut lens for uniform distribution,IP-65/66 rated, higher spacing between poles, fixing it in new bracket (paintimg the bracket with one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminum paint) and connecting it with and including pole mounted junction box with 2.5 sqmm 2 core copper conductor through PVC Conduit all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs road lighting luminaires, 90 watts, 230 Volt high power LED IP-65/66 rated with unique peanut lens for uniform distribution, higher spacing between poles, fixing it in new bracket (paintimg the bracket with one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminum paint) and connecting it with pole mounted junction box with 2.5 sqmm 2 core copper conductor through PVC Conduit all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs on Pole/Wall Flood light fittings for use with LED lamps, 120 watts, 230 Volt, with high quality lenses & reflector, with toughened glass cover, IP-65/66 class of protection, complete with control gear and all accessories including lamp.

Taking out old unserviceable solar street light fitting with pole complete & Supply and fixing in repairs LED Solar street light fitting 20 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete. (Excavation & earth work shall be measured separately)

Preparing old painted surfaces of HT/LT Steel tubular poles ( 9 mtr/11Mtr ) including cross arms, back plates, bracings, all exposed surfaces of steel items fixed with the pole, without dismantling and M&L for painting with two coats of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm from earth plate to body of the equipment by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe for protection of earth lead from earth plate(6 mtrs long), 20 mm GI light grade watering pipe, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in earhing pit, PCC cover, charcoal or coke & salt filling and necessary excavation and earth work and all other relevant works including testing all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule part-I.

Supply & fixing in replacement, Brackets for street light fittings made out of 40 mm bore Light grade GI pipe, 1.5 Mtr length, bend to shape, including necessary Clamps made out of MS flat iron, nuts and bolts suitable for fixing with steel tubular/PCC Poles complete all as directed.

S& F in repairs two single core PVC insulated cables 2.5 Sqmm size, 1100 Volt grade with copper conductor and drawing into street light brackets/PVC Conduits and connecting with Junction Box and Street light fittings including continuous PVC insulated copper conductor single core earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as directed. (Note : two runs of 2.5 sqmm cable, one run of 1.5 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one length)
