Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside by diconnecting all electrical connections for re-use or removing to store or for schedule of credit all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity above 300 kVA and upto and including 500 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed.

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60 kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling/ topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as directed.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformer at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get the minimum di-electric strength of oil 40 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system and refilling/ topping up /replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed.( Note: Transformer oil required extra for filling/topping up shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule).

Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of rated voltage 11 kV, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 95 sqmm, upto 4 core, any type from trenches including taking out concrete cable cover/ bricks etc. including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for reuse or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & laying in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing and painting and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.00 metre long) including cross arms, GI brackets with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Clearing tree branches upto 3 metre distance from conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Clearing of vegetation/ creepers/ grass etc. from pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 250 mm X 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/maintenance/Servicing of 33 KV MRS for commissioning Disconnecting existing incoming & outgoing connections and repair , overhauling and maintenance of , 33 KV Auto Recloser and making serviceable for charging 33 KV MRS including all spares as required all as directed. Note : Spares required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for repairing & servicing of 33 KV Gang Operated Air Break Isolator & Earth Switch including carrying out following activities complete all as specified and as directed: [a] Cleaning of contact for dust, oxidation & pitting with CTC. [b] Cleaning of all insulators with CTC and observing any cracks and carbon deposits / contents. [c] Repairing, adjusting the rotating arms for perfect operation including lubrication with Petroleum Jelly [d] Repairing / Replacement of Tension Spring in Fixed Contacts. [e] Lubricating of all moving parts for smooth operation. [f] Checking of Auxiliary Contacts and their Calibration [g] Applying Petroleum Jelly to all Electrical Contacts / Moving Contacts. [h] Tightening of all Electrical and Mechanical Connections. Note: The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of Consumables like nuts & bolts, washers, petroleum jelly, CTC, T & P etc. complete and necessary safety measures for working in 33 KV Yard.

M & L for inspecting, checking, servicing of 33 KV Lightening Arrestors by decarbonising of lighting arrestors, tightening all earthing connections and HV connections for proper contact, application of petroleum jelly to the electrical connections, replacement of corroded nuts and bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for Repairing / Servicing of 33 KV / 110 V PT [Outdoor type] including carrying out following activities complete all as specified and as directed: [a] Checking PT Limb[Ceramic insulator] for any cracks, pitting and burns [b] Cleaning / Decarbonising with CTC [c] Replacing insulator oil with New Oil. [d] Carrying / conducting Ratio Test. [e] Tightening all Primary and Secondary connections. [f] Tightening and fixing basement Nuts & Bolts Note : Spares required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for Servicing of 33 / 11 KV CT [Outdoor Type] by Checking CT Limb for any cracks, pitting and burns, Cleaning / Decarbonising the Limbs with CTC, Complete drain out of old insulating oil and filling new Insulator Oil, conducting Ratio Test and Tightening all Primary and Secondary connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for servicing of 33 KV/433 Volt Station Transformer for ensuring servicibility including checking HT/LT Bushes,insulators and mounting arrangement all as directed.Note:Spares required shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. Note : Spares required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Disconnecting all incomming /out going connections of 33/11 KV, 2.5 MVA Transformers and carry out all servicing/maintenance duly visually inspection of all parts for ensuring servicibilities of parts such as Bushing,gasket,silica gel,temperature gauge and relays including reapir as required at site including carrying out following Onsite Tests for 33 / 11 KV Transformer with required / suitable testing equipment by Qualified and Licensed Personal, Recording Test Results and submitted to GE to keep on record duly signed by all concerned complete all as specified and as directed: [a] IR Test [b] PI [c] Magnetic Balance Test [d] Ratio test [e] Di-electric Test of Oil [f] Short Circuit Test [g] Vector Group [h] Winding Resistance. Note:Materils required at site are deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and Fix Earth Mat as per existing specification all as directed.

Materil and Labour for inspection of Earth Pits and checking the earthing values including necessary addition/alteration for ensuring correct earth values as desired. Note:Materials such as salt/charcoal including excavation if required shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Calibration & testing of all the electromagneitic/ thermal/ digital microprocessor based relays of 33KV and setting the relay tripping timings in advance to the feeding sub station to ensure re-installation of various relays in position with complete testing, commissioning and ensure proper functioning with following testing:- (i)CT Calibration through Primary injection test. (ii) Secondary injection for relay calibration. Notes :- (a). Primary & secondary injection kit shall be arranged by the contractor (b) DC Supply for relay testing shall arranged by the contractor (c) The contractor shall prepare the relay adjustment and tripping timing chart in the follow up fashion and submit to Engineer-in-Charge33 KV, Control & Relay Panel (d) Spares required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Calibration & testing of all the electromagneitic/ thermal/ digital microprocessor based relays of 11KV and setting the relay tripping timings in advance to the feeding sub station to ensure re-installation of various relays in position with complete testing, commissioning and ensure proper functioning with following testing:- (i)CT Calibration through Primary injection test. (ii) Secondary injection for relay calibration. Notes :- (a). Primary & secondary injection kit shall be arranged by the contractor (b) DC Supply for relay testing shall arranged by the contractor (c) The contractor shall prepare the relay adjustment and tripping timing chart in the follow up fashion and submit to Engineer-in-Charge33 KV, Control & Relay Panel (d) Spares required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for Filtration of Transformer Oil of transformers installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5mm gap as per relevant IS with Portable Filtration Plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, filling and topping up new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60 kV and conforming to IS 335: 1993 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materil and Labour for inspection of Battery Bank & Battery Charger and checking the serviceability of batteries including necessary addition/alteration for ensuring serviceability as desired. Note:Materials if required shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for inspecting, checking, servicing of 33 KV Disc / Post Top Insulator including carrying out following activities complete all as specified and as directed: [a] Checking insulator for any cracks & pitting [b] Checking Interlocking Pins for corrosion and replacing if necessary, cleaning / decarbonising with CTC. [c] Replacing the corroded, rusted nuts & bolts of clamps of conductors if necessary. [d] Tightening of all supporting connections. Note : Spares required deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for cleaning and servicing of complete HT 33 / 11 KV structure by greasing, cleaning, servicing of jumpers, re-jumpering wherever required, tightening of nuts & bolts etc at main receiving point to distribution bus bar bay structures up to transformers inside MRS complete all as specified and as directed.
