Periodical maintenance and servicing of DG Sets of following capacity installed at various location under VSN Nagpur, replacement of spare parts, cleaning, oiling greasing, change of oil, replacement of filters, any type of pipe with fittings, , replacing `V' belts of any type, water pumps gasket of any type, adjustment of tapit, , repairing of leakage of pipe, maintenance of self starter, alternator, dynamo, replacing carbon brush of any ,slip ring, automatic voltage regulator, battery with electrolite solution, terminals posts, repair of wiring in control panel using copper wire complete and and replacing contactor, relay, timer, MCCB, indicator lamp keeping DG set fully operationable condition all as directed. (a) DG set capacity 320 KVA 415 volts

NOTES FOR SCH ' A' PART -I ITEM NO 1:- (i) The quoted rates shall deemed to included cost of required/ sufficent manpower deployed for the maintanance purpose, T&P used and other petty items such as cotton, kerosene, oil, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete including labour cost for fixing spares etc. (ii) During maintanance, any spares required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items here-in-after. Fixing charges of same are deemed to be included in quoted rate for maintenance of DG sets. If spares are not included here-in-afterthen department will provide the same free of cost for fixing. (iii) The contractor shall be liable to provide adequate number of mechanics if required during the maintenance/break down without any extra cost to government for smooth functioning of various DG sets. (iv) Contractor shall visit each DG set prior quoting the rate to know the current status of respective DG set. No claim on this account shall be entertained during curreny of work.

Supply only following materials/ spares for maintanance of DG sets of various capacities. To be changed if required at the time of maintanance of DG sets, labour cost deemed included in Item No 1.

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable lead acid battery of size 12 Volt , 90 AH of reputed make including charging and shifting & depositing old battery to MES all as specified as directed

All as per item No 54 but battery of size 12 Volt , 100 AH.

All as per item No 54 but battery of size 12 Volt , 180 AH.

Supply only Fuel gauge indication assembly with indicator .

Supply only radiator cap with rubber gasket complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply only fuel tank cap with rubber gasket complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and replacement of HRC Fuse of 500 Amps rated capacity suitable for 320 KVA AMF Panel complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and replacement of Digital VAF + PF Meter, flush type 96 sqmm with suitable fixing arrangement for easily fixing in existing LT panel including necessary wiring.

Surface excavation/ dressing n exc 15 cm deep and getting out including cleaning away all grass vegetation saplings, brush wood under grouting, roots & tree and removing rubbish to a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of area as directed.

Material and labour for painting of DG Set canopy and control panel with synthetic enemel paint one coats by spray painting approved colour after scraping of old paint with sand paper, cleaning of all rusted portion, surface including sign writing i.e MES No, make, capacity etc complete all as directed. (a) DG set 320 KVA

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note :- The cost of excavation and earth work PCC pit and RCC cover funnel & watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal dust and common salt earth lead protection pipe upto 7.5 Rmt shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chemical earthing complete with pure copper earthing electrode 80mm dia buried directly in ground upto 3 meter maintenance free electrode with BFC earthing chemical compound 25 Kg x 2 bags including copper earth strip of 20 x 3 mm and protection pipe of 32 mm light grade with necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50 meter, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) 50 mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars 75 mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia including testing complete all as specifed and directed. Note : The excavation / boring shall be done of any strata by manually / any type of machine upto a depth of 3 mtr deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for MK2PN contact Plug In relay octal type base 8 Pin DPDT Relay, Contact Rating: 10A @ 250VAC/30VDC including dismentling of old relay complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 4 Nos Wheel opening and hub greasing for DG Set Trolley of capacity 125 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Replacement of following items:-.

(a) Wheel oil seal

(b) Wheel bearing

(c) Grease

Material & labour for DG Set engine and AMF Controller DGC-6D,Control Mode MANUAL/AUTO and Generator controller with all require engine safeties. Having auto mode facility with a single signal input as a auto input including dismantling of old relay complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for hard rubber base three phase Kirloskar KG 934 V2 Genset Controller, IP Rating: Ip40, UNIVERSAL, Control Mode MANUAL/AUTO and Generator controller with all require engine safeties. Having auto mode facility with a single signal input as a auto input.Controller is having standard require paramenters as configure from KOEL including dismantling of old relay complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting old VMR, Supply ad fixing Digital Voltage moitoring Relay (PR-07) VMR Proton Model PR-07 3 phase protection against over voltage, uder voltage, single phasing, reverse phasing and unbalance supply compele all as spec ified and directed. Features :- Press INC key in running condition to bserve particular supply voltage, Message display for SPP, Reverse phasing & unbalance faults, Indication for low volatage, High voltage, SPP & Relay ON, Micro controller based technology, Wide range of supply variation, Unit will also work if one phase is present, all the se points settable by keys, trip delay for unnder voltage and unbalance is settable and Reverse Phasing Protection can be able to bypass through sttinngs.

Material & labour for MCCB 160 Amps 16 KA, 4 Pole including dismantling of old one MCCB testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for MCB TPN 63 Amps 10 KA with encloser in existing panel with incoming and outgoing connection complete all as directed Make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for DWC pipe of 50 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/ floor or fixed to pole/ wall GI pipe light grade with fitting of size 100 mm bore for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 85 above but of size 40 mm bore

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm. 4 core including taking down all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the fuel pump from the engine, transportng to the service center and complete servicing and overhauling of the pump including replacement of service kit ,element, delivery valve, plunger, copper washer etc all as required including re-calibration, refixing and testing complete. Material and labour for ATS (automatic transfer switch) of capacity 125/100 Amp 3 pole suitable for 62.5 KVA DG set to make the DG ON and OFF automaticaly at the time of power failure including all necessary wiring/connections etc complete all as specified.

Removing dismantling and overhauling of 12 volt starter motor, replacement of armature coil, field coil, bush bearing etc to make the starter motor serviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 99 above but of 24 volt starter motor

Repairs/ overhaulting of diesel engine driven generating set 125 KVA Diesel engine and alternator make Kirloskar Electric model including replacement of necessary minor spares for the engine and alternator, repair machining of cylinder head for the optiumum performance of the machine and overhauling of FIP and injectors with necessary calibaration etc all as specified and as directed. Note : supply only spares required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately
