REPAIRS MAINT OF ELECTRICAL WIRING AND ALLIED WORKS AT OTM MD ACCN AT ZONE II AREA UNDER GE MCEME SECUNDERABAD

Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/tube/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including/without removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / Hylam sheet/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified. Note: Taking down for existing surface point wiring including removal of conduit.

M&L in Replacement of point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLSH cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked of suitable dia, conduit wiring on walls including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of suitable MS terminal boxes duly painted with red oxide metal primer and covered with 3 mm thick sheet cover of suitable size including suitable screws with washer for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade FRLSH cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to common earth dolly, One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 amps, SP complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note (1) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth. (2) The cost of cutting of chases of required width and depth for concealled conduit incl plastering, making good to disturbed surface, painting two coats to match the existing wall colour is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

All as per item No. 2 above but for One Ceiling Fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch and regulator all as directed

All as per item No. 2 above but for One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board all as directed

All as per item No. 2 above but for One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board all as directed

All as per item No. 2 above but for One light point controlled by two 2 - way switch 5 amps, SP all as directed

All as per item No. 2 above but for One Bell point controlled by one bell bush switch 5 amps, single pole all as directed

All as per item No. 2 above but using 2.5 Sqmm single core FRLSH copper conductor cable for 3 pin 15 Amps switch socket combination point including running 2.5 Sqmm FRLSH copper conductor PVC wire as earth continuity conductor on independant board all as directed

M&L in replacement of point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLSH cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through any type of existing concealed/ existing surface conduit wiring and utilise the exiting MS terminal boxes duly painting reuqired with red oxide metal primer , covered with 3 mm thick sheet cover of suitable size including suitable screws with washer for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade FRLSH cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to common earth dolly for One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 amps, SP complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in -Charge. (1) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth.
