Marble stone flooring 20mm to 25mm thick slab including matching grains of marble laid in any pattern as speficied over base of 12mm thick cement course sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of marble i/c rubbing and polishing (using marble stone slab of size more than 0.38 Sqm each) Black Abu Zebra, Bhainslana Zebra and plain. Chowkhats of commercial hardwood such as hollack , champ, chikrassy, and chaplash etc. (Non-coniferous timber other than teak conforming to I.S. specification no. 1003 kiln seasoned) of doors andwindows including iron hold fasts etc. complete fixed in position. HSR 17.12

Commercial hard wood such as hollock champ, chikrassy and chaplash etc. ( Kiln seasoned) shutters with vertical styles and rails as specified in statement No. 1 ( attached in the end of this chapter) with 2 Nos. 12mm thick medium density fibre board (MDF) interior grade panels including the cost of iron hinges, screws chocks/cleats, stops etc. complete fixed in position excluding the cost of tower bolts and handles but including the labour for fixing the same. 30mm thick HSR 17.30 (A) (b)

Proviiding and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600x600mm of approved make of reputede manufacturer like NITCO, Kajaria, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHNSONS & RAK in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand morter 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles HSR 14.89

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 15622 (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, i/c painting in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete (Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 200x300mm). HSR 14.92 (a)

Conglomerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4. HSR 14.9

Providing & fixing in position CP Brass stop cocks as approved by Engineer-in-charge (15mm concealed sopt cock with flange) . HSR 30.76 (a) (ii)
