Installation of LT poles at different locations and High Mast light at Guru Nanak charan astan Gurudwara Beerwah Under the jurisdiction of ED Budgam.

Work items identified;

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of 8 mtr (410 SP-15) long Steel Tubular Poles complete with base plate(350x350x5mm), top cap, Earthing Channel (75x40x6 mm) including digging of pit, positioning etc, complete in all respect as per relevant IS.

Supply, laying, stringing, tensioning, binding of 50 Sqmm ACSR Conductor complete in all respects as per relevant IS.

Supply,Carraige upto site, fixing of G I Muky Clamps. as per relevant IS.

Supply,Carraige upto site, fixing of 16 kN Polymer Shackle Insulators as per relevant IS.

9.0 mtr Long GI (65 micron DFT single dip) Octogonal poles uniformally tappered with thickness of 3mm with bottom/top Dia of 175 mm x 70mm & base plate of 275x275x16mm/pcd 250 mm provided with proper door opened gear box for connections on the bottom side with G.I. Foundation Bolts (J Type) M24x750 mm long (Set of 4 no.’s per pole)

Laying of RCC foundation for 9.0 mtr. Long Octagonal poles including proper curing. 0.6mX0.6mX1.2m (RCC with concrete ratio 1:1.5:3 with minimum 8 Nos. of 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8 mm dia not more than 200 mm C.C for fixing the pole).

Earthing of Octagonal Pole Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm 3 mtr long through GI Strip (25x3)mm

Pre fabricated galvanized double way top bracket (1500mm long with 48.3 OD GI Pipe) to be fitted on top of Octogonal pole for holding lighting

DK thermoplastic cable Junction/ Termination T boxes 8"x10"of class IP55/IP65 fitted with two 2-5 Amp MCB strip,4-way terminal block / connectors Incl. copper lugs, Clamps ,nut & bolts washers etc (Hansel or equivalent make) or poles with two way type bracket to be fitted properly inside the door opened gear box provided on the bottom side of the pole

120/190 Watt LED Luminaries of IP 67 protection

Surge Protector for the 120/190 watt LED type lighting fixture complete.

3X1.5 mm² PVC insulated multistrand flexible copper wire for service connections from connection plate to the LED luminary individual circuit including loop & earthings laid properly.

HDPE pipe 50 mm O/D and inner Dia 38 mm including trench excavation in hard soil (0.3x0.45x1000m) for laying of 25/16 sq mm Almunium armored cable . The job further inludes refilling back the same and removal of surplus excavted material to an appropriate place.

LT 25 mm² 4 core Aluminium XLPE Armoured cable to be carried through conduit/pipe U/G or A/G only in case of site constrains excluding cost of pipe & trench excavation. The cable shall include end termination lugs with its crimping /taping

LT 16 mm² 2 core Aluminium XLPE Armoured cable to be carried through conduit/pipe U/G or A/G only in case of site constrains excluding cost of pipe & trench excavation. The cable shall include end termination lugs with its crimping /taping.

Dust/rain/snow-proof canopy type mini-outdoor LT feeder panel of size 450X300mm with front door opening duly powdered colour coated with inbuilt 2No TPN 16-32 Amp MCCB,TPN busbars of same capacity installed on cement concrete block with 4 angle iron legs grouted in the cement concrete of termination of main 25sqmm cable and outgoing 25/16 sqmm cable circuits.

Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per Standards 0.45cum /pole and as per drawings.

Earthing of steel tubular poles Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm 3 mtr long through GI Strip 25x3 mm

Painting of Poles with one coat of Red Oxide and two coats of alimunium paint to give uniform shine.

Supply and fixinig of GI barbed wire anticlimbing device with clamps as per as per standards.

Supply and fixinig of danger plates as per as per standards.

Paint Mark of the scheme on each poles in black paint with yellow base.

Supply of safety Helmets as per IS standard .

Supply of safety Belts as per IS standard .

Supply of Wooden ladder of Budloo make 18 feet long .

NOTE: 1.The rates quoted by the bidder for all the items shall be inclusive of GST/freight/insurance/storage/installation/testing and any other charges FOR Installation of LT Poles at different location and High mast light at Guru-Nanak Charan Astan Gurudwara Beerwah (CDF) under the jurisdiction of ED Budgam, KPDCL.
