Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulder with approve materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1(i) Private Land (i) Construction of road from Barpeta Guwahati PWD Road to Keotkuchi Namghar and approach of RCC Br. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers by tractor with grading attachment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification Clause 401. ii) For Grading II materials (i) Construction of road from Barpeta Guwahati PWD Road to Keotkuchi Namghar and approach of RCC Br. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheels 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheels 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.50kg/sqm using Mechanical Means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (i) Construction of road from Barpeta Guwahati PWD Road to Keotkuchi Namghar and approach of RCC Br. No. 3/1 on B.D. Road

(ii) Construction of Bhella Dahati Road (Infront of Dargahpur Pakka Masjid Bhella)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (i) Construction of road from Barpeta Guwahati PWD Road to Keotkuchi Namghar and approach of RCC Br. No. 3/1 on B.D. Road

(ii) Construction of Bhella Dahati Road (Infront of Dargahpur Pakka Masjid Bhella)

Semi –Dense Bituminous concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSPT&H cl. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm in exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holed and conforming to the MOSRT&H specifications. (ii) Construction of Bhella Dahati Road (Infront of Dargahpur Pakka Masjid Bhella)

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufactures with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance. (ii) Construction of Bhella Dahati Road (Infront of Dargahpur Pakka Masjid Bhella)

Planting trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes 1m deep dug in the ground mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure planting the saplings backfilling the trenches watering fixing the tree guards and maintaining the plants for three year. @50 m interval of open area. (ii) Construction of Bhella Dahati Road (Infront of Dargahpur Pakka Masjid Bhella)

Title Informatory Board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing Two Nos 1.6mm thick MS sheet duly welded with 5mm thick steel plate on back on edges. The 4 nos steel plate will be welded horizontally with 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm below ground level. The 2 nos. steel plate will be welded vertically to 2nos. 75mm x 7500 of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly welded to vertical tubes. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and cloure.
