Cleaning of blockage floor/nahani/bottle trap of wash hand basin/sink/bathrooms/kitchen and wc (any type) by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage sewer lines of any dia in any position by rodding from both sides between two adjacent manholes or from inspection chamber to manhole or from gully trap to inspection chamber or through inspection eye of any depth till clear flow of sewer/water is observed complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in charge. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of scurbs, grass small roots etc, around the manholes, inspection chamber at adjacent to the pipe lines cleaning etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account).

Cleaning of blocked / socked manholes and removal of sludge, soil, & any materials found from manholes by manually or machinically any depth of manhole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank/soak well of any capacity, and any depth in mud in fould poistion by de-sludging, disilting and getting out all silt, sludge, organic and inorganic materials by manuyally / mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site and burrying in to pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Exacavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft ,wall, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation, PCC bed and any other location etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Reinforced concrete pipes 150 mm bore, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars, including demolition and breaking up salt glazed ware stoneware pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No. 7.00 but 200 mm bore of pipe.

Returning, filling in Soft/Loose soil including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50M and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including chamfered weathering, throating etc with necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement incl necessary use and waste of form work complete, & incl demolition of PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete incl demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixing with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on concrete/brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for apply one prime coat acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating (Brushbabd of FOSROC or equivalent) and over that two coats of acrylic polymer modified two component elastomeric water proofing membrance coating (Brush band of fosroc mate or equivalent) complete all as specified as per manufacturers instruction as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :-(1) . This item shall only be executed through level 4 or level 5 certified and authorised applicator of the company. (2). A warranty for 5 yerars in the form of written agreement shall be submitted by the contractor. (3). The rate quoted by the contractor shall include all the provision mention in this item including notes.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed

S&F in repair low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) 40 mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq cm including fitting (bend, tee etc.) fixed complete to walls, ceilings with clamps or in floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of priming coat (chalk whitening) complete all as specified and as directed.
