NOTE:- (i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM. (ii) Contractor/OEM will provide one mechanic for emergency breakdown. (iii) Comprehensive maintenance shall be effective after completion of two years defect liability period from the physical date of completion of Phase-I work. (iv) The entire work shall be executed through OEM and bidder will have to submit MoU regrading execution of work from OEM. (v) All the spares reqd for maintenance of above mentioned items are deemed to be included in quoted rate.
