Taking down carefully unserviceable Garden light/Street liight/Security light/High Mast light fitting from pole/structure and repair/replacement of worn out parts and carbon cleaning of fittings,cover,copper wire/aluminium wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after repair,testing and refixing in pole/other location and repairing of cable /junction box / timer / contract L1 &L2 /MCB SPN/service wire including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of street light complete all as specefied and directed.

Note: (i) Replacement of defective spare parts of fitting (to make functional ) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, cost of replacement screws, nuts, bolts, and cleaning of fittings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Minor consumable material required to complete the job as (like tape, thimbles,, , electrical gloves, M seal etc) are included in quoted rates. (iii) Mobile no of superrvisor to be distributed. 24 hrs availability of supervisor and his electricians at Sub stn, complaint book to be maintained. (iv) Contractor shall be provide/depute sufficient number of electricians and helpers and vec (as directed by Enginerr-in-charge) to attend the complaints and rectified/replacement of parts, and the complaint shall be resolve within 24 hours of receipts of complaints.If contractor fails to attend &resolve the complain within 24 hours an recovery of Rs.100 par day /complaint shall be recovered from contractor dues. (v) contractor manpower shall attend dail to receive complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 a from JE E/M and report after completion of complaint and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purpose

Taking down carefully unserviceable High Mast light fitting through lowering device from pole/Structure and repair/replacement of worn out parts and Clean lowering device, apply the grease or lubricate to lowering device. Test lowering devices and fully operate to fully down position. Serviceing the mechanical device (winch), check the oil level in gear box before operating winch and fill the gear oil (oil SAE 140 grade), Motor chains and sprockets should neither be too loose nor too tight, repair/fitting the high mast pole door compeletly functioning. Check all elements of the electrical system, Check pole cable insulation and connections for rust and cracks, Remove any unwanted elements such as bird nests, remove debris from around and inside the light pole; remove critter guard and remove any debris and restore critter guard; Mow, weed remove and tree trim as required; remove any soil buildup from around the pole and cleaning of fittings/replace of high mast/ flood light and, fuse hOld ers, photocells, ballasts, and other work required to keep the lights operational, proper connected/fitting copper wire/aluminium wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts at lower ring and re assembling the same after repair,testing and reposition in high mast pole/other location including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of high mast light complete all as specefied directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
