REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF GEYSERS, CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS UNDER AOR OFAGE E/M (SOUTH) OF GE(SOUTH) BANGALORE

Inspection, taking down, dismantling of geysers of any type/capacity, cleaning, descaling, reassembling & reinstallation on the old place incl hydraulic pressure test of container with hand operated hydraulic pump complete, brazing inner tank, internal wiring and reinstallation after necessary repair/replacement of old parts all as specified & as directed. Note : Replacement of old parts shall be measured & paid separately.

(a) Supply only stainless/Mild steel inner tank of capacity 25 ltrs unit including internally assembly of any size and type complete all as specified & as directed.

(b) Supply only internal assembly/apparatus rod unit of any size and type of capacity 25 ltrs complete all as specified & as directed.

(c) Supply only stainless/Mild steel inner tank of capacity 50 ltrs unit complete with all fitting and fixtures all as specified & as directed.

(d) Supply only internal assembly/apparatus rod unit of any size and type of capacity 50 ltrs complete all as specified & as directed.

(e) Supply only heating element of 2 KW rating triangular/round type as per existing size and type including rubber washers all as specified & as directed.

(f) Supply only heating element of 2 KW rating Hexagonal spiral/bend type as per existing size and type including rubber washers all as specified & as directed.

(g) Supply only Thermostat/auto cut off of suitable size and type for 25/50 Ltrs capacity of any size.

(h) Supply only Indicator lamp red and green type square/round.

(j) Supply only Safety valve/high pressure valve/NRV of exisitng type ISI marked.

(k) Supply only PVC insulated Copper cable flexible 3 core of size 40/0.0076 ISI marked.

(l) Supply only outer cover of geyger for capacity 25 ltrs unit complete with all fitting and fixtures as specified & as directed.

(m) Supply only outer cover of geyger for capacity 50 ltrs unit complete with all fitting and fixtures as specified & as directed.

(n) Supply only PVC flexible pipe 16mm dia 450mm long with 2 Nos of brass ferrule & rubber washer for hot and cold water all as specified & as directed. (Set of 2)

M&L for Preparation old painted surface & painting the geyser complete after cleaning & applying the same one coat of spray paint of white enamel, writing MES No incluing taking down and refixing in same or other place complete all as specified & as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm and wall mounted fan 300/450 mm sweep from position by duly disconnecting electric lines, preparing the surfaces, filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dust, spray painting with one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including writing MES NO and replacing the split pin, rubber pully etc., including refixing and connecting the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Inspection, disconnecting electric connecting and dismantling of ceiling fan/exhaust/wall mounted fan of any type/size, cleaning including oiling and greasing the bearing, tighting of nuts and bolts and refixing on the old place complete after necessary repair/replacement of old parts all as specified & as directed. Note : Replacement of old parts shall be measured & paid separately.

(a) Supply only ball bearing of various sizes / make as required for ceiling fans/wall mounting/exhaust fan including greasing complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Supply only Gun metal bush of any size/make suitable for ceiling fans all as specified and as directed.

(c) Supply only capacitor 2.5 Mfd suitable for ceiling / exhaust /wall mounting fans complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Supply only capacitor 4.0 Mfd suitable for ceiling / exhaust/wall mounting fans complete all as specified and as directed.

(e) PVC flexible cable twin twisted core of 23/0.0076 size multi stranded copper conductor suitable for connecting ceiling fans / exhaust /wall mounting fans complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) Rubber bush with MS bolts, nuts & washers with 'U' clamps for ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

(g) Supply only motor rotar ring for ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

(h) Supply only motor stator for ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

(j) Supply only down rod of 30/45 cm with nut, bolts and safety pin for ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

(k) Supply only plastic cup with screw for ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling/re-fixing in its p complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the wall mounted fan of 300 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fans 230 mm/300mm / 450mm sweep from position by duly disconnecting electric lines, preparing the surfaces, filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dust, spray painting with one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including writing MES NO and replacing the split pin, rubber pully etc., including refixing and connecting the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the exhaust fan of 230 mm/300 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE FOR Sl ITEM NO. 5, 6, 7, 9 & 10 :- Cost of spares will be measured and paid separately.

M&L extension of down rod for ceiling fan upto 1.5 mtr including nut, bolts , washers complete accessories all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of exhaust fans motor upto 300/230 mm sweep, heavy duty, 1400 RPM, AC single phase 230/240 V with blades complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of exhaust fans outerframe for holding exhaust fan motor upto 280 mm sweep with supporting angle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of exhaust fans outerframe for holding exhaust fan motor upto 300/230 mm sweep with supporting angle complete all as specified and directed.
