COMPREHENSIVE WELCOME MAINT AND INTERNAL PERIODICAL SERVICES IN HIGH RISE BLDGS AT ANUJ NAYYAR VIHAR IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

Preparation of surface with Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface wall / ceilling with sand paper / Putty in accordance to standard Engineering practices to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying of 1 mm thick wall care putty over prepared surfaces of walls / ceiling including sanding of putty surface properly with ragemarg to make the surface free from dust or loose particles Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of smooth acrylic emulsion (interior) on wall/ ceilling with rich matt finish having voc less than 50 grams per ltr complying leed criteria @ 1 ltrs (undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over and including priming coat with Roller finish and allow 6- 8 hrs to dry the surface for second coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cleaning/washing and dusting of floor/wall/door/ window/fittings and fixture to be carried out by contractor before handover the site

M&L for Preparation external wall and ceiling surface by complete removal of existing treatment of walls for multi storey buildings by mechanised sander of Asian Paints or equivalent as per list of makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface smooth and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : 1. The work will be also executed upto G+8 storied bldgs and necessary T&P, scaffoling is included in Quoted rates. 2.Cleaning/washing and dusting of floor/wall/door/window/fittings and fixture to be carried out by contractor before handover the site .

Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 4 above but on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 4 above but two coats complete. (wooden surface)

Description all as per item No. 5 above but two coats complete. (steel surface)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on bricks wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L 15mm thick rendering other then fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
