Providing and fixing UPVC ivory shade casement window comprising of UPVC multi chambered frame, sash and mullion (wherever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60+_ 0.2 mm thick galvanised mild steel section made from rall forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile). UPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimensions, EDPM gasket stainless steel (SS 304 Grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (powder coated) casement handles, GI fasteners 100x8mm size for fixing frames to finished wall, plastic packers , plastic caps and necessary stainless screws etc. Profile of frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners mullion (if required ) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. after fixing frame the gap between frame and adjustment finished shall be filled with water proof silicon sealant over bakes road of required size and of approved quality all complete as per approved size ,. Casement window with fly proof SS wire mesh including all type (two no DGU insulated toughened glass (6mm toughened +12mm spacer + 6mm toughened) with frame of work of size 118x58mm ± 0.2 mm & openable wire mesh shutter of panel size with sesh of size 48X82mm to 60X75mm and openable glazed shutter panel with sash of size 60x75mm to 65x80mm, and all sections to be used as per the drawing complete all type of necessary fittings in all respect including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
