Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-II 75mm (seventy five millimeter) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and booming, stone screening of size 13.2mm ( thirteen point two millimeter) nominal size at the rate of 0.27cum ( zero point two seven cubic meter) per ten square meters and binding material at the rate of 0.08 cum ( zero point zero eight cubic meter) to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density of course aggregate, watering and grade-II as per technical specification and date book clause 405 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 -1.20 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 30 mm (Thirty mimlmetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG30 bitumenious binder as per job mix formula with minimum binder concrete of 5.4 % to 5.6 % of total wiight of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
