Supply and delivery at site of the following PLC Panel and electrical accessories as per approved vendor list of PHED --

Supply, delivery and storage at site of wall mounted 2mm. thick epoxy painted sheet steel enclosed front open fully panel for fully automatic cum manual control centre for operation of the pump motor in STAR-DELTA mode, actuator with DOL starter, Chlorinator with DOL starter and timer operated outdoor and indoor lighting and also spares feeder as per approved drawing and NIT specification. Range of PMCC Panel : 7.5 HP to 12.5 HP *TC & GC should be submitted for PMCC Panel. (All spare & components as per approved vendor list of PHED).

1.1KV grade 25 sq.mm 3.5 core XPLE Aluminium armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988, with upto date amendments as per site requirement.

100 Amps Re-wireable porcelain fuse unit type TPN Main Switch with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms: IS/IEC600947-1&3).

Supply and delivery of 100 Amps Kit-kat rewireable proceliain fuses carrier & base (Specification-IS:2086).

Laying of 25 sq. mm. 3.5 core AL. ar. Cable in wall/ floor by supplying of all necessary materials as per IE Rules and as per direction.

Making Earthing arrangement as per following --

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth electrode and filling and ramming for soft soil.

Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long with TATA-Medium GI pipe with a provision to connect 25mm X 6mm GI flat strip complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Supplying & fixing of earth Busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 50mm X 6mm on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulator etc as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 50mm X 6mm galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection of equipments incld. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36cm X 86.36cm X 46cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25cm width duly plaster with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56cm X 35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46nos. 12mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra treatment of soil by using salt and charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Installation of the above supplied materials (to be supplied under above Sl No. 1.01 to 1.04) such as PLC Panel with Main Switch and others including supply of suitable size cable gland, sockets, fitting-fixing acessories etc as required to complete the job as per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Charges for dismantling of damaged materials related with above works and carrying charges for the same to departmental store including loading & unloading and kept at suitable position carefuly.
