Construction of Staircases for Market Intelligence Cell Under Strenthening Agri-Marketing System in Ut of JandK (HADP-04), at Main Campus Shalimar SKUAST-K.

Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying of hand packed stone soling (size 100mm-150 mm), before laying of mud mat, compacted, consolidated, rammed and filling the voids with fine sand - all complete incl carriage upto site of work with all head loads

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand). Add Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Providing and laying gang saw cut of specified thickness, pre- moulded, machine cut, granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in stairs etc, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, edge moulding, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-inCharge. 18 mm thick (Rough Finished/Polished)
