With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete.

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.
