Supply, fixing, installation and testing of hi wall split units indoor/outdoor type AC 2 Ton complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity as specified and directed including breazing & charging of Gas as required for Compressor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Copper tube 3/4'' incl insulation cover for connecting of Indoor and outdoor unit for suitable supply of refrigerant and all as spedified & directed.

S & F of Copper tube 1/4'' incl insulation cover for connecting of Indoor and outdoor unit for suitable supply of refrigerant and all as spedified & directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core 4 Sqmm FRLS copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable including PVC conduit medium grade (appropriate size) concealed in wall for sub main connection including 4 Sqmm FRLS insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor used as a earth wire to common earth and connection to earth dolly all as specified. (Note :- (i) Two runs of 4 sqmm FRLS and one run of 4 sqmm FRLS copper conductor shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) The quoted rates is deemed to be included for the chases cutting. (iii) Cutting chases for concealed shall be made good using CM 1:4 and surface finished to match the existing surface & colour.)

M&L for Point wiring complete for One light/Fan/Exhaust Fan point controlled by one switch with PVC insualted and unsheathed FRLS cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) ISI marked, multi-stranded copper conductor single core including ISI marked 20 mm dia PVC conduit medium grade concealed in wall and ceiling, pressed GI concealed terminal boxes of plastic laminated sheets of requied colour complete, including 1.5 Sqmm PVC, FRLS cable insulated unsheathed copper earth wire to the common earth and connecting to earth dolly, including colour coding of cable shall be Phase-red, Neutral-black and Earth- green with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. S&F 15mm dia bib taps fancy type, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc, and making good disturbed surface match with the existing surface, cutting not exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valve angle cast copper alloy 15mm dia with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, and fix 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with screw, socket joints with all fittings/fixtures like bends, sockets, unions, nipples etc on wall or floor including making alterations in existing /new pipes as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of metal plug & socket DB with metal plug and MCBs dobule pole and neutral enclosere with a two pin earth plug and socket suitable for 20 Amp complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.
